Dilworth Park’s ice rink and Wintergarden return for the 2025–26 winter season

Dilworth Park Unfurls Winter Wonderland for 2025-26 Season

The wait is over for Philadelphia's residents and tourists alike as Dilworth Park transforms into a bustling winter attraction starting November 14th. At the base of City Hall, this iconic plaza will once again host ice skating, holiday shopping, and festive activities that draw hundreds of thousands to its doorstep every year.

Ice Skating Returns with New Twist

The Rothman Orthopaedics Ice Rink is back for another successful season, boasting daily skating sessions through February 22nd. With admission priced at $7 for children under 11 and $10 for adults, the rink also offers skate rentals at an additional cost of $10. Timed, 90-minute sessions can be reserved online with discounts available for group bookings.

Beyond the Ice Skating Experience

A revamped Rothman Orthopaedics Cabin has been introduced this season. The expanded indoor space now features a more extensive menu, including bar service and TVs for fans to warm up while cheering on their favorite team. Fire pits on the outdoor terrace are open to all visitors and can be rented out for private gatherings.

Festive Events to Warm Your Heart

Dilworth Park is also hosting Breakfast with Santa events on December 13th and 20th, offering a delightful spread of food, photos with Santa, and time on the ice. Reservations are essential for these special mornings.

Other Attractions Abound

The Wintergarden at Dilworth Park will remain open until March 15th, featuring illuminated sculptures, seasonal plants, and a wine bar serving mulled wine to visitors aged 21+. Meanwhile, the Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market returns through January 1st, showcasing local vendors selling handmade goods, artwork, jewelry, skincare products, and more.

So, I'm thinking... people are gonna love Dilworth Park this winter season! 🎄 They're adding a new twist to the ice skating rink and it's gonna be a hit with both kids and adults. The Rothman Orthopaedics Cabin is looking fire too, especially with that extra menu option. And let's not forget about all the festive events like Breakfast with Santa - I bet those will sell out fast! 🍰🎅

But you know what would make it even better? More winter activities for kids and adults alike... like ice hockey or sledding. Just a thought, but I'm sure it'll be packed no matter what they do. How about them Wintergarden lights - are they gonna be as epic as last year's? And what about the holiday market? Are there any new vendors joining in this season?

I'm curious to see how long people will brave the cold for ice skating and outdoor events. Some might get tired of it after a while, but I think most Philadelphians love their winters too much! What do you guys think?

Ice skating is back in Philly 🎅🏼! They're keeping it classic with timed sessions but added a cool new twist - a revamped cabin with food and drinks to keep you warm while watching your fave team play on TV. And who doesn't love a good fire pit? 🍂 But what really got me excited is the Breakfast with Santa events - I'm taking my little ones for some festive fun! They've also got a winter wonderland set up, including an illuminated garden and a holiday market with local vendors selling handmade goodies. It's gonna be a great season at Dilworth Park! ❤️

I'm so excited that Dilworth Park is back with its winter wonderland 🎄! I love how they've added a new twist to the ice skating experience with those daily sessions and online reservations - makes it way more convenient! And omg, who wouldn't want to warm up at the revamped Rothman Orthopaedics Cabin? I'm also looking forward to those adorable Breakfast with Santa events 🎅️. It's just what Philly needs during the cold winter months. Can't wait to check out the Wintergarden and Made in Philadelphia Holiday Market too!

I'm so down for this winter wonderland at Dilworth Park 🎄! I mean, who doesn't love ice skating under the twinkly lights? $7 for kids and $10 for adults is pretty reasonable, but skate rentals add a bit of extra cash to my day 😅. I'm more excited about the revamped cabin with food and drinks - that sounds like the perfect spot to warm up after some laps on the ice ☕️. And omg, Breakfast with Santa events? That's just too cute! My little one would love that 🎅. Anyone else planning to check it out this season?

man I'm so hyped that Dilworth Park is back with its winter wonderland 🎄! ice skating is gonna be lit this season and I love they're making it more accessible to everyone, especially the kiddos who get in for just 7 bucks 💸 it's already on my calendar to take my fam there for a fun day out. also stoked that they've got those cozy fire pits outside so we can all gather 'round and warm up together 🔥 can't wait for the Breakfast with Santa events, I'm sure it'll be such a special experience for everyone involved ❤️

Ugh, I'm so over the new winter wonderland at Dilworth Park 🤦‍♀️. It's just another excuse for people to flood the area and make it even harder to find parking 🚗. And don't even get me started on the prices - $7 for kids under 11? That's just ridiculous 💸. I mean, can't they offer some sort of discounted rate for families or low-income households? It feels like they're just piling on more fees and expenses to make a quick buck 💸.

And have you seen the lines for the ice skating rink? Like, are people really going to wait that long to skate? Can't they reserve timed sessions online in advance so we don't all get stuck waiting in line? 🤯 It's just another example of how these events prioritize convenience over accessibility.

I guess what I'm saying is, Dilworth Park needs to do a better job balancing the need for festive fun with the practicalities of ticketing and pricing. Otherwise, it's just going to be another overcrowded and overpriced winter wonderland 🎄.

🎄 I'm so stoked that Dilworth Park is transforming into a winter wonderland again this year 🎅! They're bringing back the ice skating rink with some cool new twists, like timed sessions and group discounts. And can we talk about the revamped cabin - it sounds like they're offering way more than just hot cocoa to keep you cozy while you watch the game or just chill out 😊. I'm also low-key obsessed with the Breakfast with Santa events 🎁... who wouldn't want a morning on the ice, food, and photos with the big man himself? Make sure to check it out!
