I feel so bad for Dayi Novas and her poor pup Timber! 
The way Ivan Gamba is handling this situation is absolutely appalling. I mean, come on, a severed tail isn't just something that's going to heal itself, it's a traumatic experience for the dog, and then he has the nerve to tell her she has to pay full price for another stay? That's just not right. 
And what really gets my goat is when Gamba says his business will shut down if he pays everyone who thinks they deserve it... that's just a cop-out!
He needs to take responsibility for his actions and make things right with the owners who have trusted him with their furry friends. 
If I were Timber, I'd be so upset with Gamba right now... poor baby! 
& now they're struggling 2 make ends meet because the owner just doesn't wanna compensate them? that's just not right 
$925 is a lot of money, especially when u gotta worry about vet bills on top of it. i feel 4 timber, too - who wants 2 spend their birthday with a botched tail? 
at least he's doin well with his fam now, but poor dayi n her hubby r goin thru hell rn
