thats so unfairEasyJet gotta sort out their booking system ASAP so they dont leave ppl like this out of pocket they need 2 listen 2 their customers n sort it
I'm still fuming about this EasyJet drama . I mean, who wouldn't want their money back if something goes wrong on their flight? It's like they're trying to nickel-and-dime people left and right. And don't even get me started on that "no-show" excuse... yeah, sure, because it's not like we can just magically appear or disappear when flights are cancelled .
I've been on some sketchy airlines in my time, but this one takes the cake. Four months to reconsider their stance and then another month for the refund to actually arrive? That's just ridiculous. What even is EasyJet's customer service process these days?
It's not like they're trying to scam people or anything, but their system seems to be more geared towards screwing customers over than helping them out. It makes you wonder how many other passengers have been taken advantage of like this... ugh, it just gets my blood boiling
