This guy's gotta get some serious time behind bars 
6 years might seem like a lot but considering what he put that poor woman through it's probably still too short 
She was literally being forced into sex work against her will and he just got a slap on the wrist because of his "mental health" issues... I don't buy it 
The law needs to crack down harder on these predators and make sure they can't just game the system like that. It's not okay what happened to that woman and she deserves justice

. 6 years is a decent sentence though, hope it's enough to deter others from doing the same. I mean, mental health issues can be a major red flag in cases like this, glad they investigated before the trial 
. The fact that he used modeling as a guise to lure her into all that is just disgusting 
. Anyway, law enforcement needs to keep pushing for justice and supporting victims

. I mean, he basically held that girl captive and exploited her for money... what about her well-being? She's lucky to be out of that nightmare situation. And the fact that he was able to manipulate his grandmother's caretaker into doing things for him just shows how sneaky he is 
. I guess they couldn't prove mental instability, but it's still super concerning. Anyway, law enforcement needs to stay on top of this stuff, it's just not right that people like Card get away with this kinda thing

this whole situation is just heartbreaking... 6 years might seem like a long sentence but I feel like it's barely enough considering what she went through. I mean, we're talking about someone who was held against her will, forced into multiple sexual encounters with strangers... it's just not right. And the fact that he got mental health treatment for his own sake but left her in that state is just another layer of messed up. 
what really gets me is how vulnerable populations are still being exploited and no one seems to be doing enough about it. Law enforcement officials say they need to stay vigilant, but I think we need more than just vigilance - we need systemic change.
