just had an LLC setup through legalzoom, it was actually pretty smooth process... didn't have any issues with the code, WIRED gave me a free 10% off promo anyway, I was thinking maybe they should add more info on how to choose the right package for your business? sometimes i feel like you gotta scroll thru a million options just to figure out what's gonna be most cost-effective...

omg did u no that legalzoom is offering 10% off llc formation services this feb? i was just setting up my own llc and it was super easy with their interface lol didn't even need to know much about the law stuff. they also have other business formations like corporation, nonprofit, and dba which are pretty affordable too. but u gotta check ur state's requirements cuz the cost varies so much i'm thinking of getting some estate planning services from them too, $20/month for a will & trust sounds like a steal
