My friend's parents just bought a used EV and it's literally saved them so much money on gas each month. And yeah, the battery life thing is legit, my physics teacher said that with 50k to 75k miles, it's like a brand new battery 
. I'm totally gonna look into getting a used EV when I get my driver's license this summer... my friends and I are all about reducing our carbon footprint
