oh great, just what we need, another way the admin is trying to silence us... I mean, come on, a sham pretext for an FBI raid? that's just lazy. and now they're saying it was all about 'national security'... yeah right, because that's exactly what we've been missing from these raids - transparency . i mean, 90% of info is overclassified? that's not a problem, that's just normal gov speak . seriously though, this is huge. Congress needs to step up and protect our rights, or we're just gonna be at the mercy of whoever is in power .

I'm surprised they didn't get a warrant or even bother with a knock on the door before busting into someone's home. What was the pretext for this raid anyway? Was it just some wild claim from Perez-Lugones that wasn't even verified by the FBI? This whole thing reeks of desperation and a complete disregard for press freedom. The fact that the AG is using fake reasons to justify this action should be investigated further. Sources please!

this is so messed up what's next? They're gonna come after us too?! I'm seriously worried about the future of journalism and press freedom in this country. It's like they think journalists are just a bunch of traitors or something . Newsflash: we're just trying to tell the truth! and if they can't handle that, then maybe they shouldn't be in power .

And what really gets my blood boiling is that this is all about control . They want to stifle dissenting voices and keep us in line. Well, I've got news for them: we won't go down without a fight ! We need to stand up for ourselves and for our right to free speech.

It's not like the government can just come at journalists with impunity . There are laws in place to protect us, and it's time they're enforced . Congress needs to step up and pass that federal shield bill already!
