FBI seizes $13 million car connected to former Olympian turned alleged drug kingpin

FBI Seizes $13 Million Car Linked to Alleged Drug Kingpin Ryan Wedding

In a significant operation, the FBI has seized a rare and highly valuable car worth $13 million, which is believed to be connected to Ryan Wedding, one of the fugitives on the agency's 10 Most Wanted list. The car, a 2002 Mercedes CLK-GTR Roadster, is reportedly one of only six units ever produced.

Wedding, a 44-year-old former Canadian Olympic snowboarder, is accused of running a massive drug trafficking network that smuggles six metric tons of cocaine into Los Angeles every year via semitrucks from Mexico. The seized car is seen as a potential asset in the ongoing manhunt for Wedding, who has also been linked to orchestrating murders.

According to law enforcement officials, Wedding and his crew are responsible for moving billions of dollars worth of cocaine and other narcotics from Mexico to Southern California. The FBI has put a $15 million bounty on Wedding's head, describing him as a "modern-day iteration of Pablo Escobar" or "El Chapo" Guzman.

Wedding is also accused of ordering the killing of a witness who was set to testify against him in a federal drug trafficking case. Akil Davis, assistant director in charge of the FBI in Los Angeles, has stated that Wedding has no qualms about using violence to eliminate anyone who crosses his path.

The seizure of the Mercedes CLK-GTR Roadster marks another significant development in the pursuit of Wedding, who remains at large and is considered a high-priority target for the FBI.

🚗💸 13 mil car seized by FBI, thats crazy! I guess you can say its like they found a piece of gold 💎 in this operation. Its funny how some people turn from snowboarders to drug lords 🤯, Wedding's story is wild.

lol what's next? Seizing someone's private jet because they're allegedly involved with some sketchy stuff? 13 million dollars for a car, btw, that's like buying a whole new house in LA. Guess it's not just about the money tho, gotta keep those fugitives in check 😏. So, who else is gonna be "Pablo Escobar" next? 🤣 The guy's a former Olympic athlete, I mean, what's the next thing he'll do, join the circus? 🔥

🚗💸 oh man, this Ryan Wedding guy sounds like a total nightmare! I mean, 44 years old and already a modern-day Pablo Escobar or El Chapo, wow. Thirteen million dollars worth of coke and he's still on the run? The fact that he ordered murder like it was no big deal is just insane 😲. And now they've seized this rare Mercedes CLK-GTR Roadster, which I guess could be a lead in finding him... or maybe just another thing to fence 🤑. Anyway, 15 million bucks bounty on his head, time's running out for Wedding! 👮

I just saw this news and I'm thinking, can you believe how many times a bad guy's life gets ruined by a fast car? Like, Ryan Wedding was already a fugitive on the most wanted list, but now he loses his prized possession too? 13 million dollars is insane! What's even crazier is that it's just one of six units ever made. Maybe law enforcement can use it to track him down? I wonder if he'll try to sell or pawn off the car to pay for his next hit. It's kinda sad, though - a $13 mil car goes from being someone's luxury ride to just another piece of evidence.
