I'm getting this feeling that the US FDA is just too messed up right now . With all these top officials leaving or being pushed out, it's hard to see how they're gonna keep it together on drug approvals. Like, what if Pazdur really does leave? Who's gonna take over and make sure the decisions get made in a predictable way? Industry people are already saying it's tough to find someone who can navigate all this internal drama... I'm not even sure how much trust the public is gonna have in the agency if they can't get their act together. omg can u believe this?! Richard Pazdur is like, super important and now he might leave! what if they cant find someone else? its like the whole agency is all wobbly ... Janet Woodcock is right tho, ppl need predictability in drug approvals or itll be a huge mess ... Pazdur himself seems pretty sure about retiring now but u never know wut happens behind closed doors
