man... i'm tryin' not to think about the fact that these twin babies are facin' somethin so tough at such a young age 
. it's makin' me think about how we need to cherish every moment with our loved ones, 'cause in an instant, life can change for the worse. i've been thinkin' about all the times i've taken my time or put things off, and now i'm like, what if i had acted faster? what if i could've made a difference? it's a hard pill to swallow, but it's also makin' me realize how precious life is, and we gotta make the most of every second. Jesy's bein' an amazing role model here, showin' us all that even in the darkest times, there's always hope

She's already been through so much during her pregnancy and giving birth, and then to find out that her babies have the same condition 
. But at the same time, I'm so inspired by her strength and determination 
to raise awareness about this condition and fight for her girls' future. It's like... we can't control what's going on with SMA1, but we can control how we respond to it 
We need to support Jesy and other families affected by this condition, and use our platforms to spread the word 
So here I'll be, bookmarking this thread and revisiting it often
