France's former Senator Joël Guerriau on trial for drugging MP Sandrine Josso

French Former Senator Guerriau's Trial Hinges on Alleged Ecstasy-Driven Rape of MP Josso

A dramatic turn of events has unfolded in the French judicial system as former Senator Joël Guerriau stands trial for allegedly drugging and assaulting a Member of Parliament, Sandrine Josso. The investigation began after authorities discovered 30 grams of ecstasy at Guerriau's property during a search.

According to reports, the defendant is facing serious charges that carry significant penalties. If found guilty, he could face up to five years in prison and a substantial fine of €75,000. In stark contrast, Josso has since become an outspoken advocate for anti-drug-facilitated sexual assault campaigns, highlighting the gravity of this issue.

The case serves as a sobering reminder of the consequences that follow when individuals abuse their power and exploit others for their own gratification. As the trial progresses, it will be crucial to determine the extent of Guerriau's involvement in the alleged crime and hold him accountable for his actions.

idk why hes getting so much sympathy already, seems like he just got a free pass cuz hes rich & famous 🤑️. josso should prob be the one in trial, if ur gonna cry bout being drugged & assaulted, at least admit u was with him 2 days before lol.

🚨 This whole thing is just so messed up. I mean, how hard is it to respect someone's boundaries? And yet here we have a guy who allegedly uses his power and influence to take advantage of another person. The fact that he's being accused of drugging her and raping her is absolutely appalling. It's even more disturbing that he's still trying to deny any wrongdoing. I think the biggest problem here is the lack of accountability in positions of power. If someone like Guerriau can get away with this, what kind of message does that send? The prosecution needs to make sure they're holding him accountable for his actions and making sure justice is served. 🚫💔

This is super messed up 🤕. I mean, think about it - a former senator gets busted with ecstasy at his pad and now he's on trial for drugging and assaulting an MP. That's like, super powerful people using their influence to hurt others... it's just not right 😞.

I've been following this case and it's crazy how the scales have tipped in favor of the victim, Sandrine Josso. She's really taking control of her story and spreading awareness about this issue. It's inspiring, you know? 💪

The stats are wild too - 30 grams of ecstasy is a big deal. I'm no expert, but it sounds like Guerriau's actions could've serious consequences if he gets found guilty. Up to five years in prison isn't something to mess with 🚔.

I just hope the trial goes well and justice is served. We need more people holding accountable for their actions 💯.

🤕 This case is just so messed up. I mean, a senator, of all people? The fact that they found 30 grams of ecstasy at his place is already bad enough, but to think that he allegedly drugged someone and assaulted them... it's just horrific 🚫.

And now Sandrine Josso is speaking out about it, and it's like, she's not even safe anymore. I hope the justice system does its job and Guerriau gets what's coming to him. Five years in prison isn't enough for what he allegedly did 😡.

It's also crazy that this guy was able to abuse his power and get away with it for so long. The fact that he was a senator just makes it even more egregious 🤯. We need more people like Josso speaking out against these kinds of issues and making sure that justice is served 💪.

omg u guys i cant even believe this is happening in france i mean i know they have a great healthcare system but this is just sick 🤯 so Guerriau was a senator and he was found with ecstasy at his place which already raises some red flags like what was he doing with that? and now he's being tried for drugging and assaulting Josso which is literally the most severe stuff ever 💔 i feel so bad for her she went through this and now shes speaking out against it which is amazing but also super scary 🙅‍♀️ i think its so important to hold ppl accountable for their actions especially when they abuse power like that 🤝 im just glad the police were able to catch him in the act lol justice will be served 👮‍♂️

🤕 this is so messed up... i mean, 30 grams of ecstasy is a huge amount, like who even uses that much? but at the same time, sandrine josso is lucky to be alive. you feel me? someone as powerful and influential as joël guerriau getting away with this for so long is just wild. it's like he thought he was above the law or something 🙄. anyway, i hope justice is served and he gets what's coming to him. 5 years in prison might not be enough considering how much harm he's caused 🤷‍♀️.

🕵️‍♂️ This whole thing is wild. I mean, 30 grams of ecstasy at this guy's place? That's like, a serious red flag right from the start. And to think he was a senator? 🤯 The fact that Josso is now an advocate for anti-drug-facilitated sexual assault is actually kinda inspiring, though. It's about time someone uses their platform to speak out against this kind of abuse.

It's also worth noting that Guerriau's trial could be a major turning point in the way French authorities tackle these kinds of cases. If they can send a strong message that power and privilege don't protect you from accountability, then maybe we'll start to see some real change. ⚖️ The question is, will the prosecution be able to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt?

Man... this is just like something straight outta a 90s crime drama. I mean, can you believe this guy was a senator? It's crazy that he thought he was above the law. And now he's facing some serious time behind bars. It's sickening how someone with so much power and influence could stoop to that level.

I remember back in my day, we had our share of scandals, but nothing like this. I feel bad for Josso, she must be going through hell. But at the same time, it's good to see her speaking out against this issue. We need more people like her who aren't afraid to call out injustice.

It's just sad that it takes something as heinous as this to get attention and change the conversation. I wish we could go back to a time when politicians were held in higher esteem. But, you know, life doesn't work that way. Anyway... fingers crossed justice is served 🤞

😕 this is wild stuff... i mean, a senator who thinks he can just use his power to get away with something like this? 30 grams of ecstasy at his place? that's some serious red flag right there 🚨. but seriously, if he's found guilty, it's a slap on the wrist compared to what Sandrine Josso has been through - i mean, she's still a MP now and talking about this stuff like it's no big deal... but yeah, you gotta hold these people accountable for their actions 👮‍♂️.

🤕 this is soooo messed up I mean I know we've all heard of #MeToo but this is like something from a bad horror movie the fact that he was a senator and thought he could just get away with it is just disgusting I'm glad that Sandrine Josso is speaking out about her experience because she's not alone and now Guerriau will have to face the music 💸 hopefully the judge throws the book at him 😂
