Haitians in America worry they’re Trump’s next target

man this is so messed up 🤯 Haitians are already struggling with poverty and violence back home why do they have to face deportation here? it's like trump doesn't even care about their human life... and what's with the TPS expiration? wasn't that meant to be a temporary thing? it's just another example of how broken our immigration system is 🚫💔
 
I'm getting really worried about what's gonna happen to all these people... 15,000 in one city alone? That's crazy! I mean, I get that the TPS is supposed to expire but it feels so unfair considering how much they've contributed to this country. They're not even asking for a handout, just some basic rights. And now with Trump's history of saying stuff about Haitians... it's like, what's next? I hope there are people in power who can see the humanity in this and make a change before it's too late 😕
 
I'm getting really worried about these Haitian immigrants in the US 🤕. It sounds like they're living with this constant fear of being deported back to Haiti, which is just a nightmare scenario considering everything that's going on there right now 😬. I mean, Trump's comments towards them were super hurtful and racist 🚫, but it's not like he's apologizing or making any effort to change his stance.

I also don't get why the administration is trying to strip their TPS protections away 🤔. It's like they're leaving these people in limbo, with no idea what's going to happen next 💀. The fact that there are volunteers mobilizing to help them and community members getting trained on how to navigate the complex immigration system is amazing, though 👏. But it's just not enough – more needs to be done to protect these people.

And can we talk about how Ohio Governor Mike DeWine is basically saying that Haitian immigrants are contributing significantly to the economy? 🤑 That's something that should definitely be acknowledged and appreciated! We need to make sure that these individuals feel welcome and valued, not just pushed around by Trump's policies 😤.
 
I'm so worried about our Haitian friends here in the US 🤕🌎 They've been living here for years, contributing to our communities, and now they're being held hostage by Trump's immigration policies 😱 It's not right that they have no clear path forward under TPS expiration. We need more support for these folks ASAP! 💪 Many of them fled violence and instability in Haiti, only to find a new set of challenges here.
