Hegseth cites 'fog of war' in defending follow-on strike in scrutinized attack on alleged drug boat

I gotta say, this whole thing smells like fishy business 🐟. I mean, come on, a follow-up strike after a boat sinks? That's just reckless and irresponsible. You can't just keep firing without knowing what you're doing, especially when it comes to civilian lives 🤦‍♂️.

And let's not forget, Admiral Bradley was supposed to be acting within his authority, but Hegseth is still trying to spin this as a good call 🔄. Newsflash: there's no fog of war in peacetime, only accountability 💯. It's time for some real answers about what happened on that boat and why our military leaders thought it was okay to attack survivors 👊.

This whole thing has me thinking we need more oversight and transparency from the Pentagon, not less 🤔. We can't just let politicians and bureaucrats play defense secretary without being held accountable ⚖️.

I don't think it's cool that multiple lives were lost in the first place 🤕. The fact that survivors couldn't be seen after the initial explosion raises a lot of questions about what really happened. I'm all for taking action against those carrying drugs, but did they have to die? 🤔 It's also concerning that Hegseth and Trump are downplaying the situation and saying it was an authorized decision under "the fog of war". That sounds like a cop-out to me 😒. Can we get more details about what really went down in that boat before anyone starts making excuses? 💡
