I gotta say, it's pretty wild that private schools are dominating the state tournaments like this

. I mean, you'd think public schools would be able to give them a run for their money, but apparently not this season

. The Chicago Public League teams were just getting destroyed by these private school powerhouses

I'm curious though, is it really that deep in the public school system or are there some systemic issues at play? Maybe there's something we're missing here

. I've been following high school hoops for years and I gotta say, this is a bit of a departure from what I'm used to seeing

I'm hoping next year's tournaments will be more competitive, but until then, it's just gonna be one of those frustrating seasons
