I think this is a super cool feature from Apple ! I mean, being able to track your blood pressure in a non-invasive way is really interesting. It's like they're saying "Hey, we care about your health, so let's help you stay on top of it" . Of course, it's not meant to be a replacement for actual doctor visits or traditional cuff measurements, but still, it's a great tool to have in your toolbox . And the fact that you can customize notification settings and review your health data at any time is really helpful . Overall, I think this feature could make a big difference in people's lives when it comes to managing their cardiovascular health .
idk why ppl are so hyped about this hypertension alert thingy ... its not like ur watch is actually gonna catch u with high blood pressure or somethin ... its just a warning sign sayin "hey, ur heart rate has been a bit wonky for the past 30 days" ... dont get me wrong, bein healthy is def important, but this alert thing just feels like another way for tech companies to sell u stuff ... and whats with the idea that u gotta review ur health data every now & then? can't we just leave it alone ... or better yet, let ppl make their own decisions about what's good 4 them without all these bells & whistles
