omg this is insane

like i just read a story about someone who was literally told they'd never be able to do stuff because of migraines, but then they found out that going keto helped them feel normal again!
i'm not even kidding when i say that i was on the edge of my seat reading this article. first of all, chronic migraine disorder is so debilitating - it's like being in a constant state of misery

and the fact that doctors were like "oh well, you'll just have to deal with it" is just, ugh.
but then Dr Kyle Bills comes along and is all like "hey, let's try something new" and discovers that blood sugar dysregulation is the real culprit behind migraines. i mean, who knew?
the part where they go from being told their condition is irreversible to finding a solution through diet changes is just so inspiring! it's like, we're not stuck with our problems forever - there's always hope for a better life

.
and can we talk about how much potential this has for changing the lives of people with migraines? i'm literally hyped for more research and testing to see if diet changes can really help
