I think its crazy how much trust is lost because of technology and AI We're living in a time where everyone's trying to present a perfect image online but behind the scenes they're just winging it Its like we need leaders who are actually human for once, you know? They should be able to show vulnerability and say sorry when they mess up
I'm totally skeptical about this trust crisis thing . To me, it sounds like just another excuse for leaders to get away with being vague or hiding behind fancy words. "Becoming the trusted guide" just means playing dumb or faking it till you make it, and we all know how that ends up . And don't even get me started on the overuse of corporate buzzwords like "authenticity" and "humility". Can't leaders just be honest with themselves and others for once?
