. Don't get me wrong, it's awesome that we've made so much progress in various fields, but sometimes a good ol' fashioned video game marathon or a spontaneous road trip with friends would do us some good 
. I mean, have you noticed how stressed people are always looking at their screens? Like, can't we just put our phones away for one day and enjoy the great outdoors 
? Not to mention the mental health benefits of taking a break from social media - it's like, our own personal highlight reels are already pretty lit
