I'm still trying to wrap my head around this whole thing
... so basically these fish are dyin' off by the thousands and people think its the tyres? I mean I get it, pollution is bad and all that but like how much of an impact can a single tyre really have on the environment?
And what about all the other stuff that's gonna kill these fish - isn't pollution just one part of the equation here?
And don't even get me started on this "mortality signature" business... sounds like some fancy scientist speak to me
. I'm no expert, but it seems like a lot is still unknown about how all this stuff works.
On the other hand, if we're gonna make some noise and demand change, then maybe this is the wake-up call we need?
We need more of these kinds of cases where people are held accountable for their actions. It's time to start taking responsibility for our impact on the planet.
Can we get a better understanding of just how widespread this problem is, though? Like what other areas are affected by tyre pollution and how much of an economic burden is it really placing on communities?
