Umm I don't know if I should be relieved or not lol so these new findings are saying that maybe we're not all covered in microplastic debris after all? But at the same time, I'm still kinda thinking yeah but let's not get ahead of ourselves here... the thing is, even if it was actually widespread inside our bodies, would it really make a huge difference? and then there's the bigger picture of plastic pollution and how it affects animals and ecosystems... that's still super concerning so I guess what I'm saying is let's keep having this conversation but not jump to conclusions just yet
man I feel like we've been living under a cloud for so long thinking we're literally covered in plastic it's like, a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders to hear that maybe it's not all true... but at the same time it makes me wonder what else are we missing about this whole microplastic thing? do we really need more research or is it just a matter of waiting for the truth to come out? anyway, let's hope that the focus can shift back to actually doing something about plastic pollution instead of tearing ourselves apart over tiny particles
