AI is gonna bring so much more job losses than people think 
. I mean, think about it, automation can do most tasks 10x faster & cheaper than humans, so why bother retraining? Just let the robots take over and we'll be all set 
. Dimon's all about being "realistic" but what if he's just trying to soften the blow? Companies are already doing AIs in like, a million areas, what's next? Every single job replaced by a robot 
. And let's not forget about those self-driving trucks... who needs human drivers anyway?

. Retraining programs, relocation assistance... it's gotta happen ASAP 
. Dimon's right that we can't pretend AI won't change the game - we need policymakers and business leaders working together to create a safety net for workers.
. We need gradual rollout, incentives for companies to support displaced workers... it's all about being prepared for this new reality 
Anyway, retraining programs sound like a good idea, but I'm not sure if governments can make that work fast enough. It's like, we know AI is coming, but how do we prepare for it? Maybe we need some kind of universal skills program or something?
