Ugh, another year, another generic list of stuff everyone's gonna get their friends... 
Can't we just get them an experience? Like, a hot air balloon ride or a cooking class in that exotic place they're always talking about? That's what I'd want. A gift that says "I care about your adventures" instead of just "I've got some cool stuff".
