Man arrested, accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting Spring ISD student, records show

Local Man Arrested, Charged with Kidnapping and Sexual Assault of Teenager

A 15-year-old student from Spring ISD reported to police that she was kidnapped and subjected to a brutal sexual assault by Johnny Ray Green, a 30-year-old local man. According to court records, the teenager told authorities that Green approached her in his truck while she was walking out of school after smoking marijuana. Despite seeming like a genuine person at first, Green allegedly forced her into his home about five miles away.

The girl claimed that Green searched for recording devices on her before locking her doors and holding her hands down. He also reportedly put a cloth over her mouth to prevent her from screaming. She described the assault as "everything starting to happen that I didn't want to happen."

After the assault, Green allegedly dropped the teenager off at a Wendy's Restaurant about a mile away, giving her just $10 to buy something to eat. The girl then walked back to school and immediately called the police.

Police reviewed surveillance footage of the incident, which shows Green picking up the teenager and dropping her off. Medical attention was provided to the girl as she reported the ordeal.

Green, who has multiple previous convictions, has been denied bond under a new Texas law that recently went into effect. He faces charges for aggravated kidnapping and sexual assault.

๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿ’” Oh noooo ๐Ÿ˜ฉ! This is absolutely horrific ๐Ÿคข! How can someone do this to an innocent 15-year-old girl? ๐Ÿ˜ญ The fact that he was able to approach her at school after she had smoked weed ๐ŸŒฟ is just twisted ๐Ÿคฏ. And the way he treated her, locking her in his house and silencing her with a cloth over her mouth ๐Ÿ‘Š... it's just too much ๐Ÿ™.

I'm so glad the girl was able to escape and report what happened to the police ๐Ÿ”. It takes a lot of courage for her to come forward like that ๐Ÿ’ช. And kudos to Wendy's for giving her some money to buy food after she dropped off at their restaurant ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ‘.

Green deserves the maximum sentence ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ! He has multiple previous convictions, so this is just another chance for him to get his life together ๐Ÿคž. The new Texas law that denied him bond is a step in the right direction ๐Ÿ’ฏ. I hope justice is served soon โฐ.

This case is absolutely shocking ๐Ÿ˜ฑ. The fact that someone can be so brazen and violent towards an innocent teenager is just heartbreaking. The level of detail provided by the victim's account, including Green's attempts to silence her using a cloth over her mouth, is particularly disturbing. It's unbelievable that he thought he could avoid detection by eradicating any potential recording evidence ๐Ÿคฏ.

It's also concerning that Green has multiple prior convictions, indicating a pattern of behavior that should have been addressed by the justice system earlier on. The new Texas law denying him bond seems like a necessary step to ensure public safety during this trial โš–๏ธ. I can only hope that justice is served and Green faces the maximum punishment for his heinous crimes ๐Ÿ’”.

๐Ÿค• this is just crazy ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™‚๏ธ how can one person do such a thing to someone so innocent? the fact that he dropped her off at Wendy's with like $10 to buy food is insane ๐Ÿ˜ฒ I feel bad for that poor girl who had to go through all of that trauma ๐Ÿ’” and now she has to deal with the aftermath too ๐Ÿคฏ what kind of person searches for recording devices on a minor before committing such a heinous act? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ did he not think about the consequences of his actions? ๐Ÿค”

omg this is so scary ๐Ÿคฏ like what's going on in our world right now?! i mean idk about you but school seems way more important than whatever drama's happening outside lol anyway back to school stuff did u guys hear about the new school calendar? it's gonna be 4 days shorter in the summer ๐ŸŒž๐ŸŽ‰ i personally think that's a good idea we could use those extra days for like summer camps or volunteer work or something i guess some people might be mad but idc ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ what's more important is making sure our school day's safe and fun ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ’–

omg have you tried those wendys chicken nuggets they're literally life-changing ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ˜‚ anyway i was at the mall yesterday and i saw this super cute puppy with its little fur all messy like it just rolled around in a field or something ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿ’• i immediately wanted to take it home but my mom said no because we already have two dogs lol what's up with wendy's btw they seem to be everywhere now ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

๐Ÿ˜• This case is absolutely appalling. The fact that a 15-year-old girl was kidnapped, subjected to sexual assault, and then dropped off at a fast food restaurant like an afterthought is utterly disturbing. It's heartbreaking that the perpetrator thought he could exploit someone so vulnerable, yet he'd eventually get caught due to surveillance footage. The severity of his actions warrants severe punishment - 5+ prior convictions should not be enough to justify leniency. I'm worried about the impact this incident might have on our society; we need to recognize the reality of predatory behavior and take concrete steps towards prevention, support for victims, and accountability for perpetrators.

๐Ÿšจ this is super crazy that he thought he could just pick up a 15-yr-old girl at school after she smokes weed and then take her to his place for God knows what ๐Ÿคฏ the fact that he's already got multiple priors is like, red flag all over, you'd think someone would've picked up on it by now... and the part about him leaving her with just $10 to buy food afterwards is just disgusting. I mean, can you even imagine how scared she must've been? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ the new Texas law denying bond is a step in the right direction, but it's also like, what was taking them so long to catch this guy in the first place?! ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ

this is just another case of a sick person preying on someone who's already vulnerable ๐Ÿค•. can't even go to school without being targeted by some psycho like green. the fact that he's been denied bond because of new laws is kinda messed up, though. it feels like we're making progress but not really doing enough to keep people like him locked away ๐Ÿš”

Ugh I'm literally shook ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿคฏ this can't be real... like how can some dude do something so heinous to a poor kid ๐Ÿ™ˆ 5 miles away from school, right in broad daylight? The fact that he had multiple convictions beforehand is just insane, like how did we miss the signs? ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ And $10 for her to buy food afterwards? That's just... *shudders* I'm so glad she made it back to school safely ๐Ÿ’• and that she got medical attention ASAP. I'm also super grateful for the new Texas law that denied him bond, he doesn't deserve any leniency ๐Ÿšซ. I just can't imagine what this poor girl went through, it's just... *sigh* ๐Ÿ˜ญ

๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿค• I'm literally shaking just thinking about this poor teenager's experience! 30 years old is way too young to be some sicko's monster mode ๐Ÿคฏ Johnny Green thought he could just use his "genuine person" act to lure her into that car and then what? Lock her up and brutalize her? No. Just no. ๐Ÿ˜ก

And the worst part is, she has to deal with this trauma for the rest of her life because some dude decided to abuse her like that ๐Ÿค• It's just so messed up. I feel so bad for her. And now Green gets to sit in jail, which is literally the least he deserves ๐Ÿšซ

I also want to mention how sickening it is that this guy has multiple previous convictions and thought he could get away with this again? Newsflash Johnny: Texas law isn't afraid of you! ๐Ÿ‘Š The fact that bond was denied under the new law is a huge victory for victims like this poor girl, and I'm all about it ๐Ÿ’ฏ

๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ This is just sick ๐Ÿคฏ, I mean what kind of dude does this to an 11th grader? Like she was literally just trying to get home from school after a smoke break and he's all over her like that ๐Ÿ˜ท. And the part where he drops her off at Wendy's with $10 and expects her to be cool with it? No way, fam ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™‚๏ธ. I'm so glad the cops caught him and the girl is getting help ๐Ÿค—.

I've been saying this for a while now, our justice system needs to step up its game when it comes to protecting minors ๐Ÿšซ. This guy has multiple prior convictions, what was he expecting? A second chance just because of some new law? Nope ๐Ÿ‘Ž. We need better support systems in place for kids like her who go through this trauma ๐Ÿ’”.

And can we talk about how the girl handled herself after everything she went through? Calling the cops right away and seeking help is not weak, it's strong ๐Ÿ’ช. She deserves all the support and respect in the world ๐ŸŒŸ.

๐Ÿค•๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ˜ฑ Oh my god, what is wrong with people ๐Ÿ™„? A poor 15-year-old girl gets taken advantage of by this monster Johnny Ray Green ๐Ÿ˜ก. She's still a kid herself, shouldn't she be safe on her way home from school ๐Ÿซ? He took advantage of her trust and vulnerability, it's just so sickening ๐Ÿ˜ท.

And the fact that he even dropped her off at Wendy's with just $10 to buy something to eat ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿค‘ is just disgusting. I mean, what kind of person does that to someone who's been through trauma? ๐Ÿคฏ He should be locked up for life ๐Ÿšช๐Ÿ’ฃ. The court records show he has a history of bad stuff too ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ.

The new Texas law might deny him bond, but I hope the justice system goes all out in this case ๐Ÿ’ฅ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™€๏ธ. We need to make sure this kind of thing never happens again ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿ’ช. It's just heartbreaking to think about a kid going through something like that ๐Ÿ˜ญ.

๐Ÿ˜” my heart just broke thinking about what that poor teenager had to go through ๐Ÿ’” her bravery to come forward and report the abuse is truly inspiring ๐Ÿ™ even knowing that the perpetrator was denied bond, it's still a tough road ahead for her and her family ๐Ÿ’ช hopefully she'll get the justice and support she needs ๐ŸŒŸ

๐Ÿš”๐Ÿ˜Ÿ this is just devastating, I mean can you even imagine what that poor kid went through? Five miles away from school, just because someone thinks it's okay to use weed or something... anyway, the fact that he's got multiple convictions already and still managed to do this to her, just shows how broken our system is ๐Ÿค•. And $10 for her to buy food after all she went through? ๐Ÿค‘ it's sickening. I'm glad the girl spoke up and got help, but at the same time, this could've ended so much worse if not for that Wendy's being nearby ๐Ÿ’”.

OMG ๐Ÿคฏ just saw this news and I'm still trying to process it... how could someone do that to a poor 15-year-old girl?! It's absolutely horrific ๐Ÿ˜ฑ. The fact that he even took her to a fast food restaurant afterwards, like, what's the point of that? Is he trying to make it seem like everything is okay when it's not?! ๐Ÿคข And $10 for food, come on! Can't believe he didn't get arrested sooner given his prior convictions... I guess some people are only held accountable when they slip up or get caught again ๐Ÿ˜’. The new Texas law denying him bond might be a step in the right direction, but we need to make sure justice is served and this guy gets the maximum sentence for what he did ๐Ÿ’ฏ.

omg I cant even right now this is just so messed up ๐Ÿคฏ like what kind of person does that to someone?! I'm still trying to process how the kid was dropped off at wendys with like 10 bucks in her hand... I feel so bad for her she deserves so much better than this ๐Ÿ’” and Green's history of convictions makes it even more disturbing he's got a record, shouldn't he be locked up already?! the law denying him bond is kinda fair imo but still its just another example of how messed up our system can be ๐Ÿค•

This is just heartbreaking ๐Ÿค•. I'm really sorry for the poor kid who had to go through this. How can someone do something so heinous? It's not right, you know? ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™‚๏ธ The fact that this guy had multiple previous convictions and still thought he could get away with it is just appalling ๐Ÿ’”.

And what really gets me is how heartless he was afterwards. $10 to buy food? That's just cruel ๐Ÿ˜ฉ. I hope justice is served, though. This new law about denying bond should help ensure that predators like him can't roam free again ๐Ÿšซ. But I still have so much anger and sadness for the girl who had to go through this trauma ๐Ÿ’–.

๐Ÿ˜ž this is just horrific what's going on with some people ๐Ÿค• can't even walk to school without being targeted like that it's just not right ๐Ÿšซ authorities gotta do more to protect kids from scumbags like this ๐Ÿ’ช but I'm glad the girl reported it and got help ASAP ๐Ÿ’• now we just hope justice is served and Green gets what's coming for him โš–๏ธ
