Man posing as reality TV show executive charged with sex assault in two states, records say

A Texas man posing as an executive for a reality TV show has been arrested two years after he was charged with sex assault in two states. Trenton Roy, 26, is being held on a $250,000 bond in Harris County, where he was arrested in late November.

Roy had been identified online as an "executive" for the streaming platform The Zeus Network and had reached out to women from its official account to audition for the reality show "Baddies South". A search warrant filed in the case reveals that one of these women, a 24-year-old woman from another state, participated in a virtual audition and was invited to come to Houston for a second audition.

When the woman arrived at Roy's home near the Fifth Ward, she claimed he pressured her into having sex with him after she declined. According to the search warrant, Roy told her that if she didn't comply, "you're fired". The woman said she felt like she had no choice but to give in to his advances.

The next day, the woman alleged that Roy again assaulted her at his home, and a sex assault charge was filed against him in Harris County in October 2023. Roy was arrested at the end of November and has been held on a $250,000 bond since then.

But it appears that Roy's trouble with the law goes back further. In April 2024, he was charged in Maricopa County, Arizona, with two counts of sex assault, strangulation, and kidnapping after another woman claimed he had assaulted her at his home there as well. The prosecution dismissed those charges earlier this year to send the case back to a grand jury.

The investigation into Roy's activities is ongoing, and authorities are still trying to determine how he was taken into custody.

I mean, what's wrong with some people, right? ๐Ÿคฏ This guy Trenton Roy just goes around pretending to be someone he's not, and gets women in a situation where they feel like they're trapped. And then he has the nerve to say "you're fired" if she doesn't comply. That's not a reality TV show executive, that's a predator. ๐Ÿ’” He was able to get away with it for two years because no one was paying attention, but now he's finally facing justice.

It's crazy to think about how this guy could do this stuff and still manage to pretend to be someone else online. And the fact that he had multiple victims in different states just shows how sneaky he was. ๐Ÿšซ I hope he gets the sentence he deserves and that no one else has to go through what these women are going through.

It's also wild that the prosecution dismissed those charges earlier this year, only to send it back to a grand jury. Like, what's taking so long? Can't we just get some justice already? โฑ๏ธ

can you believe this guy? ๐Ÿคฏ 26 years old and already arrested twice for sex assault! what's going on with these reality TV shows anyway? it's all about the fame and fortune, but at what cost? ๐Ÿ˜ฉ i mean, who targets women like that? he thought he was some kinda executive, huh? ๐Ÿ˜‚ anyone can come up with a fake online persona. but seriously, this is just so disturbing. these young women were just trying to audition for a show and ended up in horrific situations. the police need to do better to catch people like this ASAP ๐Ÿ’ช

๐Ÿšจ๐Ÿ˜ฑ I'm just so sick about this guy Trenton Roy - it's like he thinks the world revolves around him & his ego ๐Ÿคฏ. He went around pretending to be some kinda high-powered exec, manipulating these poor women into thinking they had a chance at something big on reality TV... meanwhile, he's been using them for his own twisted desires ๐Ÿ’”.

And what really gets me is that it takes two years from the initial charge to finally get him behind bars ๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ. Can you imagine how scared & traumatized these women must've felt while that was happening? It's just not right that some people think they can just get away with this kind of behavior ๐Ÿ˜ก.

I do wonder how he managed to pull off such a huge scam for so long, though... I guess it just goes to show you the old saying "people are what they are" - and sometimes, unfortunately, that's true ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ.

I donโ€™t usually comment but I feel really sorry for that woman who got assaulted by Trenton Roy ๐Ÿค•. Heโ€™s just scaring women left and right online and offline, making them feel trapped and vulnerable. And the worst part is, he even used his fake executive persona to lure them in, playing on their hopes of being on a reality TV show ๐Ÿ˜’. Itโ€™s just so messed up that he got caught two years late, when it could have been prevented if people had spoken out sooner ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ. The bond heโ€™s being held on is pretty steep too โ€“ $250k? Thatโ€™s some serious consequences for his actions ๐Ÿ’ธ.

OMG, just read about this guy Trenton Roy ๐Ÿ˜ฑ who posed as an executive for The Zeus Network ๐Ÿ“บ and got arrested 2 yrs after being charged with sex assault ๐Ÿš”! Like, what's going on? How did nobody catch on sooner? I feel so bad for all the women he allegedly assaulted ๐Ÿ’”. It's crazy that it took a virtual audition to go down in flames ๐Ÿ”ฅ. And $250k bond? That's just insane ๐Ÿ’ธ. Anyways, glad justice is being served and hopefully these charges stick ๐Ÿคž. By the way, have you tried The Zeus Network yet? ๐Ÿ“บ

just saw this guy in the news and it's wild that he was posing as an exec for The Zeus Network like what's up with people doing that? ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ anyway so Trenton Roy gets busted for sex assault two years after he got charged and now he's stuck on a $250k bond. but here's the thing, 26 and already getting into trouble like is this just a phase or was he always like this? ๐Ÿ˜’ also can we talk about how he thought it was okay to pressure someone into sex because they auditioned for a reality show? that's not just wrong, that's straight up predatory. ๐Ÿ’”

๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™‚๏ธ what a total disappointment it is when people like him think they can just pretend to be someone else online and get away with their BS in real life... ๐Ÿšซ I mean, come on, if you're gonna scam your way through life, at least have the decency to keep up the charade. But no, he had to go and get caught red-handed like that. It's not even like he tried to be subtle - "you're fired" as an excuse for pressure? Gag me ๐Ÿ™…โ€โ™‚๏ธ. And can we talk about how long it took for him to get arrested? Two years?! That's just ridiculous. I hope the woman who accused him gets some kind of justice and compensation out of this deal... she was definitely in a vulnerable spot when he pulled that stunt on her ๐Ÿ’”

OMG, like, what a total creep ๐Ÿคฏ! I cant even believe this guy got away with it for TWO YEARS! The fact that he was posing as an executive on The Zeus Network and using his fake credentials to get close to women is just crazy ๐Ÿ˜ฒ. And the audacity of him pressuring her into sex after she said no? Like, what's wrong with these people?! ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ

And it's even more messed up that he was able to do this for so long without getting caught! I mean, come on, if you're gonna pretend to be someone you're not, at least have the decency to get your act together and not commit a crime when you're supposed to be "executive-y" ๐Ÿ˜‚.

Anyway, glad they finally caught him and are holding him accountable ๐Ÿ’ช. And to all the women who have gone through similar experiences, I feel for you ๐Ÿค—. We need more people like Trenton Roy being held responsible for their actions ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ.

๐Ÿšจ This guy is totally gross! I mean, posing as an executive for a TV show and using it to lure women in just shows how manipulative and controlling he is. And the fact that he's been doing this for years before finally getting caught is just crazy. He needs to be held accountable for his actions and I'm glad the police were able to catch up with him. ๐Ÿ’ฏ It's a big wake-up call for all of us to be more careful online and not trust someone just because they claim to work somewhere important. ๐Ÿšซ His victims deserve so much better and he needs to face the consequences for what he's done. ๐Ÿ’ช

Wow ๐Ÿคฏ, can you believe someone could fake their way into such a high-profile gig at just 26? It's like they wanted attention so badly... Interesting ๐Ÿ˜ฒ, that the woman felt pressured into doing what she didn't want after being told "you're fired". That's some major manipulation right there. I wonder how many other people got duped by this guy online ๐Ÿค”.

๐Ÿค” This whole thing is just so messed up ๐Ÿšซ... I mean, think about it, this guy's been making it rain online as some executive for The Zeus Network ๐ŸŒช๏ธ, getting women excited for a reality show, but behind the scenes, he's been living a life of manipulation and control ๐Ÿ’”. Two women, two states, two counts of sex assault... it's like, how many more times does it take to realize that this isn't just about some guy being bad? It's about the societal norms we create that allow men like him to get away with this stuff ๐Ÿšช. We gotta ask ourselves, what are the underlying issues here? Is it a lack of accountability? A culture of silence? A systemic problem? Whatever it is, we gotta face it head-on and work towards change ๐Ÿ’ช.

๐Ÿคฏ I'm so appalled by this story! A 26-year-old guy posing as an executive for a reality TV show and pretending to be in charge of something that's supposed to empower women? It's like, what even is the point of that kind of scam? And then he has the audacity to try to manipulate these women into doing things they don't want to do? The idea that he told this poor woman she'd "get fired" if she didn't comply is just chilling. And two years after the first incident, it takes a search warrant and another complaint for him to get arrested? It's like, how many more people needs to be hurt before something gets done?

And what really frustrates me is that he's out on $250k bond already, which means he's basically free to roam again. Like, shouldn't he be paying full price to serve his time or whatever, considering the serious crimes he's accused of? It just feels like there's a whole lot of privilege and loopholes in our system right now that need to be addressed.

I'm so glad we have some brave women coming forward and speaking out about their experiences. They deserve justice, and I hope this guy gets the punishment he deserves ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™€๏ธ

Ugh what's wrong with people ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿ˜ก? I mean I know we've all heard stories about guys pretending to be someone they're not online but this dude Trenton Roy took it to a whole new level! He posed as an executive for a reality TV show and was able to scam his way into getting women to audition, only to pressuring them into sex when they said no ๐Ÿšซ๐Ÿ’”. And the fact that he's been doing this for two years is just disgusting. It's like he thought he could get away with it forever! ๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ But I guess justice will catch up with him eventually, and to all the victims of sex assault out there, please know you're not alone and help is on the way ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’ช. Let's raise awareness about consent and respect for others online and offline! #JusticeForSurvivors #NoMoreScams #RespectEachOther

Ugh, man... ๐Ÿค• This guy's story sounds like something out of a bad movie. Like, who tries to pass themselves off as an executive on a reality TV show? ๐ŸŽฌ And then they've got the nerve to pressure some poor woman into having sex with them after she says no? Give me a break! ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ

And it's even worse that this guy was able to get away with it for two whole years. Two years! Can you believe that? ๐Ÿ˜ฒ It just goes to show that sometimes, people think they're above the law and can just do whatever they want without consequences.

I'm glad that the authorities are finally taking action against him now. But I wish more women would come forward and share their stories about this kind of thing. We need to create a culture where women feel empowered to speak up and say no, without fear of retribution or pressure from someone like Trenton Roy. ๐Ÿ’ช
