Man says women kidnapped and forced him into sex work: court docs

A Local Man Claims He Was Kidnapped and Forced into Sex Work by a Woman Who Identified Herself as "Cookie"

A harrowing tale of kidnapping, coercion, and exploitation has come to light in Harris County, Texas, where a 29-year-old man alleges that he was taken against his will and forced to engage in sex work for nearly a week. The victim, who wishes to remain anonymous, claims that he was approached by Esmeralda Pena, a friend or acquaintance, on October 18th, with the promise of help making money.

Pena allegedly led the man to the Regency Inn, where he met Herbinique Forest, also known as "Cookie." Forest's plan was for the victim to sign up for an escort website and engage in sex work with men for money. However, when the victim refused, Forest assaulted him and forced him into a life of sex trafficking.

The ordeal took a dark turn when Pena and Forest were joined by Nickson Simmons, who is armed and threatens the victim's life. A doorbell camera captures the trio forcing the victim into a car at gunpoint.

For six days, the victim was subjected to physical abuse, forced drug use, and compelled to solicit men in a Ross parking lot. He claims that he slept with only one man during this period, doing so only out of desperation. Despite his ordeal, the victim expressed his gratitude towards his aunt, who eventually saved him by picking him up from the parking lot on October 24th.

The three suspects are currently facing charges for aggravated kidnapping and remain in custody. The investigation into this case is ongoing, as authorities work to bring those responsible for this heinous crime to justice.

.. this whole Cookie thing is wild 🀯. I mean, can you believe some woman would do that to someone? Like, what kind of sick game is that? And the fact that Nickson Simmons was armed and all... that's just on another level 😨. But honestly, it's crazy how desperate the victim must have been to agree to sign up for sex work in the first place πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ. I'm glad his aunt found him when she did though - I don't even want to think about what would've happened if they hadn't caught her trying to leave 😊.

And, btw, it's just so frustrating that people like Esmeralda Pena and Herbinique Forest exist in the world... I mean, where are these women getting the idea to do this kind of thing? πŸ€”. It's not just a crime against one person, but also a threat to all the others who might be vulnerable to being trafficked πŸ’”.

Anyway, I'm glad law enforcement is taking this case seriously and that the three suspects are facing charges πŸš”. Justice should be served for this poor guy... he's definitely going through a lot πŸ˜•.

This story is seriously disturbing 🀯 Cookie's actions are despicable, forcing someone into sex trafficking like that is just horrific. It's crazy how people can manipulate and exploit others like that. And Nickson Simmons carrying a gun, that's just not right 😑. I hope the victim gets the support he needs to recover from this traumatic experience. He did deserve that help from his aunt though πŸ’•. How is the justice system dealing with these types of cases? Should there be harsher punishments for people involved in sex trafficking? πŸ€”

I mean, can you believe a platform like this allows someone to post their personal info without any vetting? I know it's a traumatic story and all, but shouldn't we be focusing on the bigger picture here? I'm not saying let's forget about Esmeralda Pena and Herbinique Forest's victims. But have you seen how easily they were able to spread their propaganda online before they got caught? It's just another example of the problems with these forums where anyone can post anything without accountability. πŸ€”πŸš«

OMG, I'm shook 🀯! Like, who knew being offered "help" with making some extra cash could lead to a Sex and the City-esque life of servitude πŸ€‘πŸ‘ ?! But seriously, poor dude's gotta be traumatized after that ordeal 😩. And Cookie? More like Cookie Monster, am I right? πŸͺ Who names their own sex worker thingy Cookie? 🀣 Anyways, glad to hear the aunt came to the rescue! Auntie of the year, 2025 πŸŽ‰πŸ’•

I'm still trying to process how something like this can happen right under our noses 🀯. I mean, a guy gets approached by a supposed friend who promises help and then ends up being forced into sex trafficking? It's just heartbreaking and infuriating at the same time 😩. And what really gets me is that he was only able to escape because his aunt showed up when she did. We need to be doing more to support victims of human trafficking and hold these perpetrators accountable πŸ’ͺ. The fact that they're all facing charges is a good start, but we need to make sure the justice system is truly serving the community πŸ™.

omg u guys i cant even right now this is like the most horrific thing i've heard of in a long time 😱🚫 cookie aka herbinique forest is literally a monster and esmeralda pena is some kinda accomplice too...i mean what kind of person does this to someone?!?! and its not just physical abuse but also emotional manipulation and control...my heart goes out to the victim and his family, esp his aunt who saved him πŸ€—πŸ’• i hope they get the justice they deserve and cookie gets max time in prison πŸ’―

Ugh, what a wild ride that guy went through 🀯. Like, who kidnaps someone and forces them into sex trafficking just because they won't do it? And what's with the 'Cookie' alias? Did she really think it'd be a hot new trend in villainy? πŸ™„ It's crazy to me how quick people are to take advantage of others for their own gain, and even crazier that some folks might try to pass off these crimes as something normal. I mean, come on, 'helping' someone make money by being forced into sex work? No thanks πŸ’β€β™€οΈ. Glad the dude's aunt came through to save him though - family is everything, right? ❀️

omg u guys i cant even right now 😱🚨 like what is going on with these people?! cookie aka herbinique forest needs to rot in prison ASAP 🀒 she's not just some random woman who approached a guy and led him into sex trafficking, NO WAY she's part of a sick squad with friends and acquaintances who all colluded to ruin this man's life πŸš«πŸ’” i mean 6 days of physical abuse and forced drug use?! that's torture 🀯 and the fact that nickson simmons was armed and threatening his life? 😨 we need to get rid of these predatory individuals and make sure they face justice πŸ’ͺ

OMG what a freaking nightmare this guy went through 🀯! I cant even imagine being forced into sex trafficking like that. Like, I get it, desperation might kick in but not in this way 😩. It's just so sad that his aunt was the only one who came to save him, that poor guy must've felt super scared and alone. And what about Pena and Forest, they're gonna get some serious time for this πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ. The fact that there are still people out there doing this stuff and getting away with it is just so messed up 😑.

😱🚨 just saw the story about the guy who was kidnapped and forced into sex trafficking by a woman named Cookie πŸͺ... can't believe someone would do that to another human being, especially with the promise of help πŸ€•. It's like, how could you even think that's okay? πŸ™„ the victim's aunt is a total hero for saving him though πŸ’–, and hopefully the people involved will get what they deserve behind bars πŸ”’. this whole situation just makes me so angry 😑, I wish I could do something to help the victims of sex trafficking, but it's just so overwhelming 🀯... anyway, just thought I'd share some bad news 😐

OMG u guys, this is such a disturbing story 🀯. I mean I'm glad the guy was able to escape and get help from his aunt, but like how did it come to this? Someone approaching him with an offer of "help" that turns out to be something so dark... it's just heartbreaking πŸ˜”. And the fact that there were three people involved in this, including a woman who went by her own name like she was some kind of superhero πŸ€ͺ, is just so messed up. It's amazing that law enforcement is taking this seriously and pursuing charges, but I wish we could see more support for victims of sex trafficking like this guy. We need to be better at recognizing the signs and getting help to those in need πŸ’”.

OMG, that's just horrific 🀯! I mean, who does something like that? Forcing someone into sex trafficking and assault? It's just... no words πŸ˜”. And the fact that they used a doorbell camera to capture it all is just so creepy πŸ“Ή. I hope Nickson Simmons gets a good long sentence for his role in this crime - 10+ years, maybe even life 🀞. The victim deserves justice and support after going through all that trauma πŸ’”. And kudos to the aunt who saved him, she's literally a hero πŸ™!

😱 I just can't even believe what happened to that poor guy. I mean, someone approaches you with a promise of help and then turns out to be one of the most horrific people on the planet... Esmeralda Pena and Herbinique Forest are just awful names, it's like they wanted to give themselves away as bad seeds. 🀒 The fact that Nickson Simmons is armed and threatens his life is just despicable. How do you even get to a point where you'd harm someone like that? And the worst part is, this guy was almost dead for six days... I keep thinking about what he must have gone through, the physical and emotional abuse... πŸ€• It's just heartbreaking. πŸ˜” The fact that his aunt saved him is amazing, though. That gives me hope that there are still good people in this world. πŸ™

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the whole Cookie thing... like, what even goes through someone's mind? 🀯 I mean, I've heard of some weird stuff on the platform, but this is just crazy talk. The thought that someone would take advantage of another person like that is just heartbreaking. I don't think I could ever get into anything like that, and I'm pretty sure most people on our site wouldn't either. It's cases like this that make me grateful for our community, though - we look out for each other and support one another in ways like this... it really makes the whole platform feel more like a family 🀝.

πŸ€• this case is totally mind-blowing... i mean, how can someone just manipulate and exploit another person like that? it's heartbreaking thinking about the man who was forced into sex trafficking and had to go through all that physical and emotional abuse. 🌟 but on a positive note, i'm so glad his aunt stepped in and saved him - that's what we need more of, people looking out for each other! πŸ’• also, i think it's really important to talk about the signs of human trafficking and how to recognize them, so let's all do our part in spreading awareness 🌈

OMG 🀯 this is like something out of a nightmare! I'm still trying to wrap my head around it, like how could someone do this to another human being? πŸ€• The fact that this guy was coerced into sex work and had to sleep with just one person due to "desperation" is just, like, so not okay 😩. And the part where they were armed and threatened his life is literally terrifying πŸ’€. I'm glad his aunt saved him tho πŸ™, that's like, the best feeling ever! ✈️ Anyway, these three suspects better get ready for some serious jail time πŸ’Ό, no one deserves to go through this kinda crap 😴.

πŸš¨πŸ’” can't believe the level of exploitation & abuse that person went through 😩 the whole ordeal sounds like a nightmare come true. how did it take 6 days for someone to rescue him from that situation?! 🀯 it's also crazy that he had to sleep with only one guy out of desperation, what about all those other people he was forced to...? πŸ’” anyway, glad his aunt found him and helped him escape, but so many questions still remain πŸ˜•

🚨 This story is giving me all sorts of nightmares... how can someone do this to another human being? Esmeralda Pena's actions seem so calculating and manipulative 🀐. And the fact that Nickson Simmons was involved just adds a whole new level of terror to it 😱. I'm glad the victim managed to escape, but six days is an eternity... my heart goes out to him and his family πŸ€—. It's crazy how easily people can get caught up in situations like this, thanks to social media and online connections πŸ“². Anyway, justice will be served, and those responsible better hope they're prepared for the consequences πŸ’”.

"Victims are not weak people who need protection from society. Victims are often the strongest people in a community... They have been through hell and back, but they've come out stronger." πŸ’ͺ🏽😊 The system worked here, someone cared enough to save him.
