Martinis at The Cosmo: The Corner Store Reveals Vegas Location

Catch Hospitality Group's The Corner Store is set to shake up the culinary scene at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, bringing its signature "classic approachable American cuisine" to the Strip.

The brainchild of Eugene Remm, Tilman Fertitta, and Catch Hospitality Group, the second location of The Corner Store will boast twice the seating capacity of its SoHo counterpart, with a kitchen that's three times larger. But what remains constant is the commitment to quality and consistency that has made The Corner Store a sensation in New York.

Remm is adamant that his vision for The Cosmopolitan iteration will remain true to the original, with no compromises on food, vibe, or energy. "It's the exact same thing," he says. "I want to bring the New York experience to Vegas."

The menu will largely stay the same, featuring classic dishes like lobster and caviar rolls, wagyu French dip, steak frites, and, of course, expertly crafted martinis. The focus on "classic approachable American cuisine" is deliberate, with nods to fast-casual and freezer-aisle food, but everything made from scratch.

The Corner Store's arrival comes at a time when Las Vegas is witnessing a culinary renaissance, with MGM Resorts leading the charge. Remm praises his partners for their trust and support, saying, "It's about trust and having people as partners that are going to be able to execute the vision that you create."

As Catch Hospitality Group continues to expand its portfolio, The Corner Store will join the ranks of other high-end dining experiences like Carbone Riviera at Bellagio and Gymkhana at Aria. Remm believes that this lifestyle dining trend is here to stay, with Las Vegas offering the perfect stage for it.

"It's about creating spaces that make people excited," he says. "You've got to create spaces that are from somewhere else and hard to get into." With The Corner Store set to open its doors at The Cosmopolitan, fans of the SoHo original can look forward to another exceptional dining experience in the heart of Las Vegas.

πŸ€” I'm actually kinda stoked about this new spot opening up at The Cosmopolitan! As a student who's always on-the-go, I love the idea of having classic American cuisine that's both approachable and quality. 🍴 It's also cool to see Catch Hospitality Group expanding their portfolio - it just shows how serious they are about bringing great food experiences to Vegas. πŸ’Έ And can you imagine sipping on expertly crafted martinis while enjoying a wagyu French dip? 😎 It's like, the perfect combo for a study break or a night out with friends! 🀩

πŸ΄πŸ’Ό this new spot at Cosmo's is gonna be lit! no surprises, just quality grub like NY-style, and a fancy vibe πŸ’…... cant wait to try that wagyu French dip πŸ€€πŸ‘Œ

🍴πŸ’₯ omg u guys i cant even right now lol catch hospitality groups is bringin that new york vibes to vegas and i am SO here for it!! πŸŽ‰ theyre keepin the same menu from the soho spot which means lobster rolls and wagyu french dip are comin our way πŸ˜‹. and can we talk about the kitchen size 3x larger than soho thats insane !! πŸ’ͺ plus its in the cosmopolitan which is already lit πŸ’ƒπŸ½ so i guess u guys wont be disappointed πŸ€”

omg u guys i am SO down for The Corner Store to come to vegas!!! 🀩 they're keeping the same vibe as the soho spot and it sounds like they're gonna bring that classic american feel that we all love. and can we talk about the menu for a sec? lobster & caviar rolls, wagyu french dip... i need a table ASAP πŸ’β€β™€οΈ i'm also loving how Remm is keeping it authentic and not messing with their signature style. 3 times the size of the kitchen tho?? that's crazy 🀯 vegas needs more spots like this, btw.

🍴 I think this is a big deal for the culinary scene in Vegas! The fact that Catch Hospitality Group is bringing a high-end restaurant like The Corner Store to The Cosmopolitan shows that people are willing to invest in quality dining experiences. And it's great to hear that Remm is committed to staying true to his vision, even with an expanded menu and bigger space.

I'm curious to see how the SoHo original translates to Vegas - will they be able to capture the same magic? And what does this mean for other restaurants on The Strip trying to offer something new and exciting? One thing's for sure, it'll be interesting to see how people respond to a more upscale take on classic American cuisine.

The focus on "classic approachable American cuisine" also makes me wonder if there's a resurgence of interest in comfort food. Not that I'm complaining, but it'll be cool to see how The Corner Store shakes things up in the Vegas dining scene! πŸ‘

πŸ€” Just gonna say it... if they're keepin' it real with no compromises, then I'm defo hyped about this new spot! πŸ΄πŸ‘Œ The fact that they're stickin' to their guns on quality and consistency is a major plus, especially in Vegas where the food game can get pretty crazy. Can't wait to see how they execute Eugene's vision and bring that NYC vibe to Sin City! πŸ‘€

πŸ€” this is gonna be a wild ride... i mean, it's always exciting to see new restaurants pop up in vegas, but there's just something about classic american cuisine that feels kinda... stuck 🍴. like, don't get me wrong, lobster and caviar rolls sound delicious, but sometimes you gotta push the boundaries of foodie territory, ya know? 🀯

but hey, to each their own, right? if Eugene Remm and his team are all about keeping it real with a "classic approachable american cuisine" vibe, then more power to 'em πŸ’ͺ. just don't expect me to trade in my ramen bowls for steak frites anytime soon πŸ˜‚.

it's actually kinda cool that they're sticking to the same menu as the SoHo spot, tho. consistency is key when it comes to building a loyal following πŸ™Œ. and with vegas being the epicenter of culinary renaissance right now, i'm excited to see how The Corner Store shakes things up... or not 😏.

πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ so they're bringing a NYC diner to vegas... how exciting πŸ™„. I mean who doesn't want a taste of the city that never sleeps on the strip? 😴 it's like they're trying to recreate the entire metropolitan experience, down to the classic American cuisine (because what's Vegas without some good ol' fashioned burgers and fries? πŸ”πŸ‘Œ). Remm's all about sticking to his guns and bringing the SoHo vibe to The Cosmopolitan. I'm sure it'll be a real game-changer for the culinary scene... NOT. πŸ˜‰

🀯 I'm hyped for this new addition to The Cosmopolitan! Remm and team are doing it right by sticking to their guns with classic American cuisine that's both approachable & upscale. You know what they say, Vegas needs more of that high-end comfort food vibe πŸ΄πŸ‘Œ. I mean, who doesn't love a good wagyu French dip or lobster roll? The fact that the menu is mostly the same as SoHo just shows how confident Remm is in his vision - and trust me, it's going to be HUGE for this spot! Catch Hospitality Group has a solid track record now, so I'm expecting big things from The Corner Store πŸš€πŸ’Έ

🀩 I'm so stoked to hear about The Corner Store comin' to The Cosmopolitan! It's gonna be a whole new vibe for the Strip and I'm low-key hyped that they're bringin' that classic approachable American cuisine that everyone's been talkin' about. 🍴 I mean, who doesn't love lobster and caviar rolls? And it's rad that they're keepin' it real with the menu from SoHo - no changes here! The fact that it's gonna be bigger and better than before is just a bonus. I think Vegas is really gettin' its culinary game on right now, especially with all these high-end spots poppin' up. Can't wait to try it out myself! πŸ‘

🍴 I'm so down for this! Catch Hospitality Group is already killing it with their other spots and now they're bringing that same magic to The Cosmopolitan in Vegas. I love how Remm wants to stay true to the original vibe, no compromise on food or energy - that's what sets a great spot apart from just another restaurant. 🀩 And can we talk about the menu?! Lobster and caviar rolls, wagyu French dip... my taste buds are already doing the happy dance πŸ˜‹! And I'm all for this lifestyle dining trend taking over Vegas - it's all about creating those Instagram-worthy moments (and the food, obvi πŸ˜‰). Bring on The Corner Store and get ready for some serious FOMO from me 🀳

omg u guys i just heard about this new restaurant at the cosmopolitan in vegas called the corner store 🀩 it's gonna be like the soho version but way bigger! they're keeping the same menu as before which is all about classic american cuisine with a twist, think lobster and caviar rolls and wagyu french dip. 🍴πŸ₯‚ i love that they're staying true to their vision despite having twice the space, talk about quality over quantity. plus its gonna be part of this whole culinary renaissance in vegas right now which is super exciting 🀩 you can check out more info here [link]
