I think it's great that McLaren is trying out this new approach with Norris and Piastri
. Having two super-talented drivers can create some tension, but if they can keep it at bay, I'm sure they'll achieve some amazing things as a team
. The fact that both drivers seem level-headed and humble is really important - it's not easy to handle the pressure of F1, so if they're calm and focused, they should be able to deliver great results
