omg i feel like amazon spent way too much on this docu it's def not drawing in the crowds lol, i'd be more curious about other releases this week tho like primate maybe they should've picked a different time to release it? anyway, can't wait for it to hit the international markets!

I'm kinda surprised by this news, I thought the documentary was gonna do way better than that. I guess the politics around it might be off-putting for some people . But hey, $40 million is still a pretty penny, so Amazon's not losing out too badly on this one .
I'm curious to see how it does internationally, though - if it can get some good reviews and word-of-mouth going, maybe it'll turn things around . But for now, it seems like the film just ain't catching on like they thought it would .
