its like such a big deal 4 uk film industry lol. i mean its not just about marlow getting all the studios tho, its also about the £750m investment and 4000 new jobs whoop

. and with sam mendes and james cameron on board, we can expect some sick movies to come out of there 
. plus, labor's support for this project shows they're serious about promoting economic growth and putting aside local opposition 
. ofc theres some concerns about the green belt and impact on the environment, but im not gonna bash the project just yet 
. i guess its all about finding that balance between progress and preserving our natural beauty
