Ministers urged to close £2bn tax loophole in car finance scandal

£2 billion is a lot of cash 🤑 and it's not right that the banks get to keep it 💸. The loophole was supposed to prevent companies from dodging taxes after the PPI scandal, but now it seems like they just found another way to game the system 🤔. I mean, what's next? They're going to find a way to deduct their losses on avocado toast and Netflix subscriptions too 🍊. It's just not fair to taxpayers who are already feeling the pinch with the budget deficit ⚖️.

I'm really worried about this £2 billion hit to our tax coffers 🤑😬. I know some people might say it's just a loophole, but what's the point of having rules if they're not enforced? 🤔 It doesn't sit right with me that these big lenders are getting away with paying less tax while the victims of their mis-selling get nothing in return 🙄.

I think we need to hold our banks and financial institutions accountable for their actions 🚨. We can't let them just exploit a loophole like this and expect everything to be okay 💸. What's next? Are they going to find another way to dodge taxes too? 😬 I'm all for transparency and fairness in the first place, so it's got to stop here 🙏.

It would be amazing if the government would take notice of Bobby Dean's words and close this loophole ASAP ⏰. We need to make sure that taxpayers aren't losing out on billions because of these big financial institutions' dodgy dealings 💸.

Wow 😱 this is crazy! £2 billion hit from car finance mis-selling is insane! Why do they get away with this? Interesting how banks like Barclays and Santander UK are getting off scot-free 🤑

Ugh 🤯, this is so frustrating! £2 billion? That's just crazy! 🤑 Who do these companies think they are? They're basically getting away with paying less taxes because they set up all these "non-bank entities" to exploit the loophole. 💸 It's like they're playing a game of corporate tax dodging, and the taxpayer is always the one who gets screwed 😒.

I mean, I get that the original intention was to prevent similar companies from dodging taxes after the PPI scandal, but it seems like this loophole has just been opened up for more companies to take advantage of. 🤦‍♂️ And now we're paying for it? 🤑 It's just not fair. The government needs to step in and close this loophole ASAP before it causes even more financial harm to the taxpayer.

And what really gets my goat is that these lenders are basically arguing that they're doing customers a favor by giving them compensation payments, when in reality, they're just trying to save on taxes. 🙄 It's all about lining their own pockets, not about fairness or customer service. 😒

😡£2 BILLION?! 🤑 How can they get away with this? I mean, I know it's not exactly a new thing, but come on! The loophole is basically being used as a shield by these banks and lenders. It's just great for them, but what about the people who got screwed over in the first place? 🤯 They're already dealing with debt and financial stress, so now they get hit with even more tax? 🚫 It's like they're playing the victim card all over again... not buying it! 💸

omg u think £2 billion is a lot? idk about that lol it's like, what's £2 billion in car loans tho? 😂 seriously though, shouldn't ppl at least get some kind of compensation for being scammed outta their hard earned cash? i mean its not right that the gov just lets banks and lenders off scot free. 🤑👀
