this is a total nightmare! like can't these people even be bothered to follow the rules? nearly 1 mil was paid out before the grant was even finished lol what's wrong with some accountability? and staff training? come on that's like basic stuff. And 11 grantees getting paid for no reason? who are they even? sounds like a huge waste of money

. But what's not being said here is how they plan to prevent this kind of thing from happening in the future. Are there more checks and balances in place? It seems like a lot of money was paid out without much oversight... maybe that's why some people are questioning if all those services were legit?
