My week avoiding ultra-processed foods: 'Why is it this hard?'

omg I'm still trying to get used to this whole online thing lol just found out that ditching ultra-processed foods isn't as easy as everyone says idk if I can do it myself but it's so interesting to read about someone else's experience 🤔 I mean who knew rye bread made with 100% milk was a game changer? 😂 and the part about letting go of perfection is like super relatable for me too, sometimes just enjoying life without guilt is what we need lol

I've gotta say, I'm not surprised that ditching ultra-processed foods is hard 🤯. I mean, we're talking about foods that are basically engineered to be addictive, right? It's like trying to quit smoking or something 😂. But seriously, the article makes a great point that it's not about being perfect, but about finding balance. I'm all for having an occasional treat every now and then - it sounds like a healthier way to approach food than just cutting them out completely 🍔👌. And I love how the author talks about letting go of the zero-sum approach - sometimes it's okay to indulge and not feel guilty about it 🤗.
