Nature boys and girls โ€“ here's your chance to get published in the Guardian

I think this is such a great initiative ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ“š. I mean, what's more wonderful than sharing your love for nature with the world? It's an awesome way to get kids interested in writing and exploring at the same time. And who knows, maybe one of them will be inspired to become a conservationist or a scientist! It's also super cool that they're paying the kids if their piece gets published - it's like a reward for sharing their passion with others. Can't wait to see what all the talented young writers come up with this time around!

OMG, this is such a cool opportunity for kids to showcase their writing skills ๐Ÿ“š๐ŸŒฟ and get published in The Guardian! I think it's awesome that they're encouraging them to observe nature and jot down notes about what they see, hear, smell, touch, and feel. It's like a fun scavenger hunt for words ๐Ÿ’ก. I've seen some of the recent entries by talented young writers and they're just amazing ๐Ÿ˜. The tips for budding YCD writers are super helpful too - using the senses to bring their story to life is genius! ๐Ÿค“ And who wouldn't want to get paid for writing about nature? ๐Ÿค‘ It's a great way to encourage kids to spend more time outdoors and develop their writing skills at the same time. I'm definitely going to share this with my friends and family who have young kids - they'll love it! ๐Ÿ‘

I'm super excited about this opportunity for kids to express themselves & get published in The Guardian ๐Ÿคฉ! It's a great way to encourage them to explore nature & develop their writing skills at the same time. I think it's awesome that they're not just focusing on writing, but also on developing their observation skills & creativity. Plus, getting paid for their work is a nice bonus ๐Ÿ˜Š. My little cousin is actually super into nature & writing, so I'm gonna encourage him to give it a shot! ๐ŸŒณ

idk why ppl r gettin excited about this... another kids diary series? its just a bunch of kids writin down what they saw on a nature walk lol. i mean dont get me wrong, its cute and all but isnt it just a chance 4 them 2 get published in the guardian cuz who doesnt want 2 b published in the guardian tho? its not like its gonna change their lives or sumthin...

omg, finally a competition that's not just for old people ๐Ÿ™„... i mean, yay for kids getting published in The Guardian! but seriously, 200-250 words is kinda long for an 8-14 year old, don't they have shorter attention spans or something? ๐Ÿคฃ anyway, good luck to all the young writers out there, maybe it'll inspire them to not just write about nature but also their feelings and thoughts, you know, beyond just "I saw a tree" ๐Ÿ˜.
