and I gotta say, an animated one is kinda lit! I mean, it's been a while since we got any new info on this project, so hopefully they can bring something fresh to the table. The live-action movies are awesome but an animated one would be a great way to introduce the franchise to some younger fans

I'm so hyped for this new Ghostbusters animated movie! I loved the originals and the new live-action movies were fun too, but an animated one sounds like it could be really special. The fact that Kris Pearn is directing is a big plus - his work on The Tiger's Apprentice shows he can handle action and humor well. Fingers crossed they stay true to the spirit of the original characters... I'm curious about what will happen next with Sony's live-action plans too!

This is so interesting! They're bringing in a whole new team of writers, and it sounds like they're making some big changes to the story. A Netflix series came out last year but didn't get much info, so it's weird that now they're teaming up with Sony again. But hey, more Ghostbusters content is always a good thing!
