New federal hemp bill signed by Trump will ban almost all THC products in Texas starting next year

omg 🤯 i feel bad for texas stores now they're literally gonna get shut down 💔 i mean what's next? is this like some kinda federal takeover or something? 🤷‍♂️ i don't get why trump is doing this tho, like isn't he the one who signed the bill? 🤔 can someone pls explain how this is even supposed to work now? 😩

This is so messed up 🤯 I mean, what's next? Ban all CBD oil too? It's like they're completely forgetting that hemp is supposed to be used for medicinal purposes and has tons of benefits 🌿 I'm also really concerned about the enforcement thing - it's gonna be a nightmare trying to figure out how much THC is safe or not. And what about all the people who rely on these products for medical reasons? It's just so frustrating that politics gets in the way of progress 💔

idk how good this decision is 🤔... like, i get it, texas has its own laws and stuff, but trumps signing this bill without even consulting the state government? that's some dodgy politics right there 🤑... and what's with the threshold for THC levels? 755 times limit? that's a super low number... how are they gonna regulate this without just making a mess of it? 🚮 experts say its gonna shut down all legal sales in texas, but whats the alternative? more black market stuff? 🤯

this is a disaster waiting to happen 🤦‍♂️. texas is gonna be the laughing stock of the country with this new law. i mean who does trump think he is trying to regulate everything down to the exact amount of thc in a product? it's like, dude, we get it, you're against hemp products but do we really need federal intervention on this? and what about all those people who are making legit living from selling these products? now they're just gonna be shut out because trump decided to play lawmaker. i'm no expert but even experts are warning about the unintended consequences of this move... seems like a recipe for disaster to me 🚨
