I'm also really concerned about the enforcement thing - it's gonna be a nightmare trying to figure out how much THC is safe or not. And what about all the people who rely on these products for medical reasons? It's just so frustrating that politics gets in the way of progress 
... and what's with the threshold for THC levels? 755 times limit? that's a super low number... how are they gonna regulate this without just making a mess of it?

. texas is gonna be the laughing stock of the country with this new law. i mean who does trump think he is trying to regulate everything down to the exact amount of thc in a product? it's like, dude, we get it, you're against hemp products but do we really need federal intervention on this? and what about all those people who are making legit living from selling these products? now they're just gonna be shut out because trump decided to play lawmaker. i'm no expert but even experts are warning about the unintended consequences of this move... seems like a recipe for disaster to me
