like whats next forcing staff to bake pita chips for settler communities or something? 
seriously though its about time workers stand up for themselves, im all for equitable pay and decent working conditions. unions are a great way to ensure employees have a say in the workplace and management doesn't get to dictate what they do on their days off. i hope breaking breads union gets some traction and bakes bakery has to listen to its workers demands
