Hospital staff are getting super stressed out from patients being all aggressive I think they should give them more time to get their tests done instead of rushing them through
i feel so bad for these nurses & doctors they're just trying to help ppl when this is how some patients react it's like, i get that waiting times are long but violence ain't the answer, right? maybe we need to rethink the way hospitals deal with overcrowding & long wait times? like, can't we find a better solution than having ppl feel so frustrated they wanna lash out at someone who's just trying to help them?
anyway, i hope these reports of hospital violence get more attention & we start seeing some real change soon it's not okay for anyone to be subjected to verbal or physical abuse, especially in a place where ppl are supposed to feel safe & supported.
man... hospital violence is getting out of hand . i work in IT and i've got a relative who's a nurse, she's always saying how stressful it gets when patients get aggro, but you never think it's gonna escalate to this level . some ppl don't seem to care about the people doing their jobs, it's like they're just entitled or something .
i think we need to look into why ppl are getting so frustrated with the NHS, is it the waiting times? the staff shortages? whoever finds out the reason can help us figure out a solution . but until then, i just hope our healthcare workers get the support they need, 'cause if not...
Ugh, this is getting out of hand . I feel for the nurses and A&E staff having to deal with all that emotional stress and violence on the job. It's not okay that patients are lashing out at them like that. But at the same time, I get where they're coming from - waiting in pain and frustration is no joke . What really gets me though is how hospitals can't seem to balance patient care with staff well-being . They need to find a way to manage those expectations without putting their employees in harm's way . It's all about finding that middle ground, but I'm not sure it's as easy as just "sharing experiences" and hoping for the best ...
I'm seeing so many stories about hospital violence and it's getting really scary . Like, what's going on? We need to know why patients are turning violent against staff . And the fact that nurses are being spat at or pinched is just insane . I mean, I get that waiting times can be long, but is it worth resorting to physical and verbal abuse? The NHS needs to step up and take care of its own people, you know? It's not just about the staff, it's about the patients too - they need quality care and a safe environment to recover in. We need to find a solution ASAP before someone gets hurt .
