Noni Madueke: Arsenal winger 'not worried' by fan criticism of signing

Arsenal's Newcomer Refuses to Let Fan Backlash Deter Him.

Noni Madueke, the 23-year-old winger, has made a strong impression in his short time at Arsenal since joining for £48.5m from Chelsea in July. Despite facing criticism and a petition signed by more than 4,000 people opposing his transfer.

Madueke is not fazed by the fan backlash, stating that the criticism is "in the distant past" after scoring his first goal for the Gunners in their recent 3-1 Champions League victory over Bayern Munich. The England international has shown glimpses of his skills and pace on the pitch, impressing fans with his performances.

Madueke believes being in the public eye means that people can say whatever they want about him, but he doesn't let it affect him. Instead, he focuses on the positive reactions from fans who have welcomed him to the club.

"I play on the side of the pitch. I can feel them; I can hear them. When they are that positive about me it gives me a massive boost. Honestly, I am made up about it," Madueke revealed in an interview.

Madueke's return from injury has coincided with Arsenal's resurgence in form, and he has been instrumental in their recent victories. His performances have shown that he is a valuable asset to the team, and his dedication and work rate are commendable.

With the Gunners set to face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday, Madueke will be looking to continue his impressive form and help Arsenal stay ahead of their title rivals.

I'm loving this new kid's attitude 🙌! You can tell he's not one to dwell on negativity, even when faced with a 4k+ petition against him 😂. It's all about finding the positives and using that energy to fuel his performances on the pitch. I mean, who needs haters when you've got fans like us cheering you on? 🙌 His dedication and work rate are everything, and it's great to see him thriving in his new role at Arsenal. Bring it on against Chelsea on Sunday - we need that win! ⚽💪

OMG, you guys 🤯! Did u know that Noni Madueke has already broken the record for most goals scored by an English player in a single Champions League season? 📊 He's got 6 goals in just 5 games and is on pace to beat Harry Kane's record from last season 🔥👏. And btw, his transfer fee of £48.5m makes him one of the most expensive players in Arsenal history 💸! 🤑

idk why ppl r so harsh on noni madueke 🤔... like, sure he's got skills, but 4k people online hate him already? seems kinda extreme. i mean, i get it, change can be hard for some fans, but surely there's room for both criticism & praise 🤷‍♂️... also, £48.5m is a lot of dosh, so either he's gonna make arsenal loads of money or they're gonna regret the transfer 💸... can't wait to see how this whole thing plays out, but atm i'm just gonna sit back and watch 👀

I was thinking about how times have changed when it comes to football transfers 🤔. Back in my day, we didn't see all these high-profile signings and fan backlash like this. I mean, what's wrong with people being passionate about the team? But hey, you've got to respect Madueke for not letting the hate get to him 🙏. He sounds like a top bloke who knows how to handle the pressure. And let's be real, his performances on the pitch are definitely giving us all something to cheer about 💛. I'm loving watching him play and think he's gonna be a great asset for Arsenal in the long run ⚽️. Bring it on, Chelsea! 🏆

omg i love how noni maduke is taking the criticism in stride 🤷‍♂️ he seems like a really cool guy who just focuses on the positive vibes from fans 😊 it's awesome that he's making an impact on the pitch and helping arsenal bounce back from their slump 👍 also, £48.5m was definitely worth it for him if he's already showing signs of being this valuable 💸 fingers crossed he keeps up his form and helps arsenal take down chelsea on sunday 🏆

Dude's right, 4k people can't bring him down! 🤦‍♂️ I mean, Noni Madueke is like a rockstar or something - scores goals, breaks ankles on the pitch, and then just shrugs off all that hate from the fans. It's cool that he's got that positivity from the good fans going for him, but honestly, it's a bit late to the party if you're not a fan of his style yet 😂. The fact is, Madueke is doing some serious damage on the pitch right now and proving all those naysayers wrong. Bring on Sunday against Chelsea, let's see what he can do! 💪
