I'm literally crying thinking about all those innocent lives lost 🤕💔 70k deaths is a number that feels so low considering how much destruction was done & people were suffering 🤯 The fact that ppl used to doubt the health ministry's figures just shows how bad misinformation can be 🙅‍♂️ We need to get beyond the 'ratio of civilians to militants' argument - who gets defined as a militant anyway? 🤷‍♀️ It's all about perspective & understanding the reality on ground 👀
 
I'm not sure if this is too little, too late... 🤔 I mean, it's good that they're finally admitting the death toll is accurate, but it's also super frustrating that it took them so long to do so. Like, we already knew the UN had verified the numbers and all that jazz.

And omg, can you believe how many people were just dismissed as "innocent" because of their location? It's like, they're not even trying to hide the fact that they're occupying 60% of Gaza's territory... 🤦‍♂️ Like, what more do we need to see?

And don't even get me started on how they're redefining what "militant" means now. It's like they're just making it up as they go along... 😒

I'm glad some people are calling BS on this, though. We can't just move the goalposts whenever things get too uncomfortable for Israel... 💯
 
I'm soooo frustrated when ppl try to shift blame or redefine what's acceptable when it comes to civilian casualties 🙄. Like, 70k+ dead people is not okay, period. The fact that some ppl are trying to say that cuz of the high ratio of civs to militants they're not "innocent" just shows how messed up our understanding of conflict and human rights has gotten 🤯. And let's not forget, Israel's own intel says 60% of Gaza is occupied, which automatically puts anyone living there in a super suspect category 😬. We need to hold those in power accountable for their actions, not try to justify 'em with fancy excuses 🚫.
 
Ugh I'm still shaking thinking about what went down in Gaza 🤕🌪️ like how is it even possible that people could deny the death toll was real just because Hamas was saying it? I feel so bad for all those innocent people who were caught up in the crossfire 🙏💔 and honestly it's crazy to me that Israel's own database says 60% of Gaza is still occupied 🤯 I mean what even is that supposed to look like in real life? It just makes you realize how messed up the whole situation was 🌪️ anyway I guess this admission from Israel is a step in the right direction, but it's too little, too late for those who lost loved ones 💔🕊️
 
I cant believe how slow Israel was to admit the truth 🤯. They should've owned up to it months ago! Now they're trying to water down the numbers by saying only 70k civilians died instead of 100k+ 💔. And what about those still under rubble? That's not just a number, that's people's lives 💀. I mean, I get it, Israel's got a lot of apologists in the US and elsewhere, but come on, they knew from the start! The health ministry's numbers were verified by the UN 🤝. And have you seen those intelligence database pics? 60% of Gaza is still under military control 🚫. That's not just an area, that's a whole neighborhood being labeled as 'suspect' 👥. I'm still trying to wrap my head around how this all went down 😩.
 
😩🤕 this news is so sad... like how can they just admit now that their numbers are right but it's too late for all those innocent ppl... 🌪️ 70k+ people lost their lives... its not just about the numbers tho, its about the human being behind them... every single life matters 💔
