Wow! This is gonna be crazy to watch how they balance their interests... I mean, on one hand $25 billion towards healthcare and cybersecurity is a huge step in the right direction but on the other hand who's really calling the shots here? Microsoft has got 27% ownership stake which is like a ton of weight

I think this is kinda shady . They're basically turning a non-profit into a corporate foundation just to get more funding . I mean, I get that they want to be profitable and all, but at what cost? It feels like the board of directors is losing control over their own tech . And what's with Microsoft getting 27% ownership stake for $100 billion?! That's a whole lot of power .
