I don't think this contract extension is going to magically fix Matt LaFleur's playoff woes. I mean, two losses in the wild card round in three years? That's not exactly a ringing endorsement of his postseason skills. And let's be real, a $5 million deal for a coach who can't even get his team past the first round is a bit... generous. I think people are just being overly kind to LaFleur because he's a Packers coach and they're a beloved franchise. Love's comments about him "doing a good job" sound like just that – bland fan praise. I'd love to see some tough love from fans or pundits before I start calling LaFleur a top-notch coach. 
anyway, i was watching this vid of a cat playing piano the other day and I swear that cat was way better than matt lafleur 
Plus, the guy is like 5 mil a year which isn't too bad considering he's not some top dollar coach. And Jordan Love thinks so much of him, which says a lot! 
People need to give LaFleur more credit for being a good leader and getting his team into tough spots.
