Quality, Speed, Consistency: Robots Are Already Indispensable In The Sushi Industry

I'm loving this new trend of robot-made sushi! I mean, can you imagine being able to get your sushi fix in like 6 seconds? 🤯 That's insane! But seriously, it's cool that these robots are helping out with the shortage of skilled chefs. I've been to some great sushi restaurants in LA and NYC, but it's always a rush to get a spot at the bar.

I think Tanaka's idea about using these robots as a platform for evolving sushi culture is genius 🤓. Imagine being able to try different types of sushi from around the world without having to travel half the globe. It's like, we can have that fusion vibe here in the States! And with companies like AUTEC and others getting into the game, I'm excited to see what the future holds for robot-made sushi.

But, I gotta ask... what do you guys think about trying out some robot-made sushi? Has anyone tried it yet? 🤔

I'm low-key stoked about these robot-made sushi robots 🤖! I mean, who doesn't love a good piece of sushi every now and then? The fact that they can crank out perfect sheets of rice in like 6 seconds is mind-blowing. And I gotta agree with Tanaka on this one - it's not about replacing human chefs, but more about bringing the sushi culture to the masses 🌎. Plus, it's dope to see these companies innovating and trying new things. Takashi Saito becoming an ambassador for AUTEC is pretty cool too 🙌. I'm all for sushi robots being a thing!
