Ugh, another forum trying to cash in on community goodwill 🤦‍♂️. I mean, I get it, wildfires are a serious issue and we want to help. But do we really need an app to share our Ring videos? Can't they just use the footage already available from the cameras? It's not like people are going to be like "oh no, I'm sharing my video of my neighbor's house on fire" 🙄. And what about the privacy concerns, are they going to start sending out automated notifications without our consent? 🤔 At least the Watch Duty CEO is being transparent about it. Still, can we please just get back to having a constructive discussion about how to improve our communities instead of relying on gimmicks like this? 😒
