but it's not like it's a real program or anything that can do stuff on its own, it's more like a blueprint or instructions for other people to write in different languages. like if you wanna make an app, someone would take this HTML code and use it as a base, then add their own code in Java or Python or whatever to make the app actually do something. so I guess what they're saying is if you want help with writing actual code that can run independently, you need to give them more context about what you're trying to achieve, makes sense?
