A second suspect has been added to the list of individuals charged with capital murder in connection with the fatal shooting of a Houston taco truck operator. Yaddua Barraza-Hernandez, 36, was gunned down on December 4 while working at his taco truck on West Dyna Drive. The new suspect, Oscar Armando Roland Menjevar, 20, has been charged alongside Angel Adonis Saldivar-James in connection with the killing.
According to court documents, both men are accused of committing multiple crimes over a seven-day period, including the homicide of Barraza-Hernandez. Police say two men approached the taco truck, with one shooting into it while the other took money from the business.
The Houston Police Department had previously only linked Saldivar-James to the crime, but new charges filed on Friday have added Menjevar to the list of suspects. Both men are currently being held in jail and are scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.

he was literally just trying to make a living and provide for his family... my heart goes out to his wife and kids 
it's crazy how senseless violence can take someone's life in an instant. 20 years old, what were they even thinking? 
i'm glad the police are taking this seriously and trying to piece together what happened... but ugh, another family is grieving 
... Like how can you just gun down a guy working on the streets trying to make a living from his taco truck?! 
It's not even like he was a threat or anything, and now his wife is left to deal with this unbearable pain

But seriously, adding another suspect is still pretty surprising considering only Saldivar-James was linked before. Still, you gotta give credit to the HPD for digging deeper and following up on some leads.
