I'm really worried about the rhetoric coming out of Trump's camp lately 
. I mean, a crime punishable by death? That's not just inflammatory, that's outright reckless. I can only imagine how terrifying it must be for politicians like Mark Kelly who've had to deal with the aftermath of violence firsthand 
. His experience with Gabrielle Giffords' assassination is still so raw and personal, and yet Trump seems to think he can just use that as a way to intimidate his opponents? It's just not okay 
. The fact that some Republicans are defending this kind of language just shows how far down the rabbit hole we've all fallen 
. Can't we focus on finding common ground and civil discourse instead of resorting to hyperbole and fear-mongering?

this is getting out of hand, man. a former president saying that dem congress folks are gonna get put away to death for doin their job? crazy talk! mark kelly should be able to walk down the street without people thinkin he's got a target on his back
