Single-family home sells for $1 million in Milpitas

Milpitas Home Sells for $1 Million, Breaking Records in Neighborhood

A stunning single-family home on Maple Avenue in Milpitas has just been sold for a staggering $1.036 million, marking another milestone in the neighborhood's rapidly rising real estate market. The 1,036-square-foot property, built in 1960, boasts three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a unique blend of old-world charm and modern comforts.

The home's selling price translates to an impressive $1,000 per square foot, setting a new benchmark for the area. What's more, the house features a gravity heating system and cooling system, ensuring maximum energy efficiency and minimal maintenance costs.

A bonus feature that sets this property apart is its ample parking space – two dedicated spots to accommodate two vehicles. The home occupies a substantial 6,000-square-foot lot, providing plenty of room for outdoor activities or simply enjoying the fresh air.

Interestingly, this sale comes on the heels of other notable transactions in the neighborhood. Just last month, a 1,452-square-foot property on Glenmoor Circle sold for $1.410 million, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, priced at $971 per square foot. A similar 1,415-square-foot home on Redwood Avenue sold for $1.475 million in July last year, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

With prices like these, it's clear that Milpitas is experiencing a housing boom. If you're considering buying or selling a property in the area, now might be the perfect time to get in on the action.

omg this house is literally insane $1 million for 1000 sqft is crazy! i wish my family could afford something like that but we'll just have to stick with our tiny apartment 🤯. i'm starting to think that buying a property here in milpitas will be super challenging when i go to college and start earning more money. maybe it's good that they're seeing an increase in housing prices so that the city can afford to invest in better schools and community facilities 📚💸

this is crazy lol 1 million for a house in milpitas? thats insane! i think its awesome that people are getting rich off their homes but at the same time, its like, really hard to afford living in cali right now 🤯💸 these houses are so small too like 1036 sq ft is not even huge but i guess if you can afford it you'll take it 😅 what's crazy is that this house has been on the market for a while and still managed to sell for such a high price I wonder if the owners had any offers before or was it just one of those perfect buyers 👀💕

OMG 🤯, I'm not surprised this place sold for $1M - I mean, have you seen the size of those lawns out there? Like, 6k sqft is a pretty sweet deal if you ask me 😏. And don't even get me started on the energy efficiency - gravity heating and cooling system? That's just next level 💁‍♀️. But seriously, $1k per square foot? That's insane! The whole neighborhood must be getting a major upgrade 🚀. I'm not surprised other houses sold for record-breaking prices either - Milpitas is like the hot new spot right now 🔥.

I'm loving this real estate trend in Milpitas 🤩! $1 million for a single-family home? That's insane! I've been thinking of moving out of San Jose and into Milpitas for a while now, but prices like these are making me rethink it 😂. Are you guys ready for a housing boom in the Bay Area? 🚀

I'm curious, what do you think is driving up the prices so quickly in Milpitas? Is it the job market, schools, or something else entirely? 🤔 Should homeowners be concerned about affordability in the area? 🏠

I'm telling ya, $1 million for a house? That's just crazy! In my day, we could buy a whole lot more for that price back in '95... or was it '97? Anyway, this new tech thingy called "gravity heating" sounds like something straight outta Star Trek to me! I mean, who needs all that fancy stuff when you can just use a radiator and some elbow grease like we did? And what's with the parking spots? Back in the '60s, we didn't need two cars, let alone space for them on the lawn... these new folks must be doing something right, I guess. Still, it's hard to believe how fast real estate prices are rising here in Milpitas... seems like just yesterday I was reading about families saving up for a down payment on their first home!

I'm loving this Milpitas housing boom vibes! 🚀🏠 I mean, who wouldn't want to own a piece of history like that 1960s home on Maple Avenue? The unique blend of old-world charm and modern comforts is giving me all the feels. And can we talk about those energy-efficient heating and cooling systems? 🌞💨 That's what I call smart investing! But seriously, it's awesome to see prices like these breaking records in the neighborhood. It just goes to show that with a little bit of patience and persistence, you can find your dream home (or investment property) in this amazing community. 💸👍
