Smoke shops in Philly suburbs mislead consumers by selling 'straight-up marijuana,' district attorney says

omg u guys rn i was reading this news about smoke shops in philly suburbs selling legit straight-up marijuana 2 customers who have no idea what they're getting themselves into lol like 90% of their products exceeded federal standards 4 potency 🤯 & they're even selling other stuff like kratom & tianeptine which is super bad 4 u 👎 i think the gov should step in & regulate these shops ASAP we need clear standards 4 product safety & testing, an age limit of 21, & more oversight 🚨

🚨💡 I drew a simple diagram of a smoke shop with a red "X" through it, surrounded by a circle with a line through it, to represent the warning sign about unregulated businesses.

So, these smoke shops in Philly suburbs are selling hemp products that are way stronger than what they're saying. It's like, they're misleading people and putting their health at risk. I'm all for regulating these businesses so that people know exactly what they're getting.

The 2018 Farm Bill was supposed to help with this issue, but it seems like some people aren't following the rules. We need stricter regulations in place to make sure that everyone is held accountable for selling these products safely and honestly.

I'd love to see clear definitions of marijuana derivatives and age limits on THC products. It's not just about the smoke shops; it's also about licensed medical marijuana dispensaries being affected by these unregulated businesses.

Let's get some action, state lawmakers! 🤝 We need to protect public health and safety in our communities. 💊
