just listened to this new ep from bella pardo 
and i gotta say, its kinda dark 
but also super cathartic? like she's literally laying her heart on the floor for us to pick up... meanwhile some tracks feel like they're just meandering through emotional garbage 
idk if thats a good thing tho? maybe its just growth as an artist?

she's always been talented but now she's tackling the hard stuff and it sounds so raw and real 
that title track "in love with disaster" is giving me all the feels tbh 
i love how she's not afraid to be vulnerable on her music it takes a lot of courage to bare your soul like that, kudos to her for being true to herself 
. It's like she's embracing her raw emotions and not caring what others think about it 
. The title track is so hauntingly beautiful, I can already imagine it on repeat in my head 
. But at the same time, I'm a bit concerned that some of the tracks might be a bit too intense or personal for some listeners 
. I mean, I get why she's writing about her ex and all that jazz, but "Voodoo" could definitely be misinterpreted as a diss track 
. Still, I think Pardo is doing something really brave here, exploring the messy side of emotions and vulnerability 
i love how she explores the pain of heartbreak and finding yourself again in those songs... her voice cracks on some parts but it's like it's adding to the emotional depth of the music 
"i'm starting to look like you somehow" is literally my anthem rn
