this whole situation is just ridiculous 
...both countries are just dug in and refusing to back down...it's like they're not even trying to find a peaceful solution anymore...i mean, i get that nationalist sentiment can run high, but come on...there have been ceasefires before, and they've worked...why can't they do it now? 
and what really gets me is that china is getting involved, backing cambodia in this dispute...that's just going to make things even more complicated...i hope the us can use its influence to try and bring some sense to this situation...we need regional leaders like malaysia's anwar ibrahim who are actually trying to broker peace...anyway, my heart goes out to all those people who have been displaced by this conflict
